Called Ricky on August 1 to see how much he would charge to fix my bathtub draining slowly due to the trip lever needing adjustment.

Before even quoting me a price, Ricky suggested that I could do the job myself if I wanted to save some money and he spent the next 10 minutes guiding me on the phone on how to fix the problem myself and even pointed me to watch some videos on YouTube.

This was an amazing gesture, he simply could have quoted me a price to make some money but he chose to divulge some knowledge to me free of charge.

These guys were great. My AC has been on the fritz for so long. I kept calling the big guys in town and I always got a salesman who beat around the bush and never gave me a strait answer so I never called the back and never got my AC fixed. I made an appointment with Ricky. They came out told me my options strait up with no sales talk. I felt so comfortable and confident when they explained my options. Needless to say, my house is cold and bill was extremely reasonable compared to the random quotes I got from the big boys on the block. Ricky was able to come to our house within a half hour of calling. Our tankless water heater was leaking and we wanted it taken care of before the leak got worse. He found the leak, ordered the part and was very knowledgeable. Ricky was friendly and helpful and cost was reasonable. He even did the annual maintenance on the tankless while he was here. It was great service. The next week, he called to check on the water heater. Everything was working well. We would definitely call him again if needed. Thanks Ricky!

If you're calling a plumber, make it Matrix and your problems will be solved the first time around and FAST! This review comes after the second time I had Ricky out for two different issues. Both times he answered his phone and was there within hours and handled the issue like the pro he is. My first issue I had 2 other plumbers out over a fog horn noise in my garage when water was in use. The other plumbers were more concerned about time than my issue. Ricky discussed the issue, trouble shot and we agreed that it was the softener bypass valve. After 5 trips and an argument with the softener company (Rayne) he was right.

The second time I called Ricky was 2 days before the close of escrow on the sale of the house. Sewer line clog. I called Ricky at 4:00 on Friday and he was at my house by 5. He snaked the drain and found a wad of paper towels probably stuffed down the toilet during an open house. Not only was he there like he was just down the street, he handled the whole issue in less than 30 minutes and I didn't need to take out a loan to pay him. This is what service is all about. Ricky is a jewel. Look no further and you won't be sorry!
