Matrix plumbing was called out to fix a leak I had under my house foundation. They isolated the area, recommended to remove a fire hazard water heater and did a small investigation into a wall next to the water heater for any leaks. After replacing the water heater, which they did a magnificent job, cleaned up the area and Miguel took his time to do a wonderful job. He then called in a leak detector who only took minutes to locate the leak and another half hour to repair the leak with minimal costs. A very honest and group of professionals. I called yesterday and said I needed a new dishwasher installed. I said it needed an air gap, which required drilling, and could they do that. She said yes. She said they couldn't fit me in yesterday but could today. I said ok. I left work early today. Guy came. Can't install. Can't drill granite. Liability issues. They need to train the receptionists better.

I am very disappointed in this company for several reasons.

My brother called this company when I was out of town due to a copper pipe pinhole leak in the bedroom ceiling.
When I arrived home, 2 days after leak, the furniture was packed in my small computer room and in the bathroom. Nails and screws were scattered in many places on the floor, white drywall was on the on the bathroom floor, wood floors on steps and downstairs, and frondoor concrete. This has destroyed my wood floors. The workers also broke my celing fan. The cost for this service (Remove celing drywall, remove bedroom furniture, detach carpet to apply fan blowers) $$ 5,057.83
Excessive cost. This is one reason home owners insurance is so high.

These guys just quoted me $5,900 for a repair. I was upset that they insulted my intelligence at such a high level. I called a plumber that has been in the business for over forty years and paid $361 for an hour of work. Please don't get taken advantage of by these guys. Apparently they charge $5,900 an hour. Go to TLC, they are experienced and fair.

I called Matrix around 9:00 in the morning. They had a technician out within the hour. He was a super plumber: thoughtful, quick, professional, and thorough. Without up-selling, he pointed out issues we should keep in mind for the future, and fixed what we needed done immediately at a reasonable (average) price. We would definitely use Matrix again--and ask for ""Miguel!""

We had a nonemergency plumbing repair need and Matrix did a great job resolving it. Isaac arrived at our door on time and was knowledgeable and personable. He quickly sized up the problem, gave us an estimate and upon approval, executed the repair. We would turn to Matrix again if we had a plumbing issue.

We called Matrix after finding water on our floor in our master bathroom. The team has been amazing and helpful so far. They found the problem, found all the damage, removed it, discovered asbestos and lead, managed the abatement, and will soon take care of restoration and repiping. We haven't had to have any other companies or contractors involved, and they communicate with our insurance company. So far, so good! Thanks to everyone at Matrix. This has been a relatively pain-free experience.

I had yet another unfortunate issue at my new (yet very old) home recently. This time it involved a stoppage in my bathtub and toilet. It was a critical issue that needed to be solved ASAP! I found Ricky through my handyman who recommended him. They came immediately and worked tirelessly on unplugging the stoppage to no avail. Ricky came that evening personally to try and help. It was discovered that the problem was my sewage and drainage pipes, which needed to be replaced. It was a major repair. The ordeal was a great deal of money unfortunately but in the end, the house now has great 'guts' as Ricky put it ;)
