I wanted to update by saying that I finally had a problem with something other than the Generac at my house. It was now with the electricity. I finally got to work with people from their electrical department, and this man by the name of Jonathan came to my home. He also provided service with a smile was just as friendly, but professional as they come. He had another man that came with him later, and he was the same. Thank goodness it was something that was very simple to fix, cause I was imagining all kinds of things. Put my mind at ease and showed me what was wrong, and it only amounted to a breaker that had flipped halfway. I had looked in the breaker box the night before, but did not notice that this one was flipped halfway. It looked to me like they were all going the same direction like they should be so that's why I thought something more major was going on. But he showed me that that one was only halfway and I felt silly, but on the other hand, it was good to know that it was nothing major. He was very helpful in explaining to many things that had gone on and could go on with my vacuum cleaner that I was using when this situation happened to where none of the outlets in my bedroom would work anymore because of that half flip the breaker. Offered to help again if I had any more problems and so far I haven't, but I I just wanted to add Jonathan and the other man to the list. I'm sorry I can't remember his name, but I still remember he came. They were both very professional at what they were doing and how they handled the situation. Again, CCAC came through for me, and again I will use their company as a go to for any of my electrical, plumbing, AC needs from now on. Very happy with the service and happy with the follow-through. He can't ask for anything better.

PLEASE GET A SECOND OPINION
This company quoted us more than double on both a part and a new system. Both quotes were separate and both were more than double other quotes. The new company we went with said Matthew's has a history of trying to rip people off. Please don't go with them, and if you do, make sure you get two quotes. But put frankly, this is not a company worth supporting.

I just took advantage of their preventive maintenance service on two AC units in my home . The Tech. that came over was prompt, nice and very professional. Why the low score? I was told the I was going to need to replace the capacitor that was going bad. I was quoted $280 plus tax. Upon checking this is a $15 capacitor and required not one minute more of labor to replace it rather than put the old one back in. In a time of crazy inflation, this kind of overcharging does not speak well for what is supposed to be a local, concerned service company. All companies deserve to make a fair profit. Charging $280 for a $15 dollar part is not fair. Shop around.

We had a plumbing inspection done in our home this morning. Daniel, our technician, did a wonderful job. He replaced a filter in a shower head, and replaced some corroded connections in our plumbing under the kitchen sink. Daniel was professional, and gave estimates before doing the work. He also left several estimates for replacing our hot water heater, which we plan to do in the near future.
So glad we have a contract with CCAC to have our plumbing, central air and heat, and electrical needs evaluated on a yearly basis.

I wasn't going to write a review but since y'all solicited one from me- here you go: I pay $15 a month for minimum one year. That's $180 a year and includes an AC tune up. The guy came. He was nice and professional. It takes hours. He ends with all the numbers he's pulled and calculated while observing our unit. Tells me they don't carry the refrigerant my unit takes so he couldn't add any. He tells me my unit is too old to repair if it breaks down. (We've had it repaired recently by a family friend AC guy). Then tells me about all the brand new systems they sell which START at $20,000. Hahahaha! This "tuneup" took several hours and what am I supposed to do with all the numbers he gave me? Put them in my diary?!? There's nothing they do about them, what was the point except to proposition a new unit starting at $20,000. What a joke.

Ben and Christian did the best install experience I ever had! They were on time, explained everything they were going to do, went over the benefits of the new systems and made sure I knew the ins and outs of operating a new system using my Google nest App. They also left the work area spotless and cleaned everything to the best of their ability. Doing work in this heat with a great attitude is priceless in today's current environment of rude workers.

Had them come in and replace AC spent $15000 for two units. Needless to say, it has been nothing but a nightmare. They have come out and had to fix their units five times in one year and they nickle and dime you for everything. I have easily spent an extra $2000 on parts that aren't included on warranty. The sales guy was the biggest swindler ever do not trust him. Empty promises. I implore you please do not use them. Anyone would be better

Requested Seasonal A/C maintenance checkup. Matt showed up on time and was very professional, courteous and patiently walked me through the checkup. Answered all my questions and taught me a few things about my system. Simply outstanding customer service. Earned our trust and future business!

Just wanted to update - our new AC has been wonderful. No issues whatsoever. Matthew's also came out to do a free inspection about a week ago. Great company!

I just had an issue with my electrical and called CCAC to see if they could get somebody out here to fix it. The guy came out here totally overcharged me and took him three different visits just to fix it, because he had to keep leaving my job to do other jobs. You would think with the amount of money I paid them that they could focus on just me. I'm not even sure the guy they sent out here was an electrician. He really seemed confused. Needless to say I will not call them again. Just hire a professional.
