OUTSTANDING!!!!! The man knows his trade and craft and if need be, will research the project (he called the state housing board to get information on my issue) to ensure everything is done properly. He even answers his own phone (unless involved in a project)!! A true gentleman.....extremely personable. Is honest......and listens to you (now there's a rarity among many professionals). I almost wish for more plumbing issues so he could return and continue a business and friendly relationship.

Numerous calls, voicemails and text messages were left, all of which went unanswered. It's been a few weeks and still no response. The only reason I gave two stars and not one, is two separate people recommend this company (that is if you can reach them). Don't waist your time by calling, only for your messages to land on deaf ears.

What a genuine, kind person. Bob has returned my calls on weekends and nights, given me excellent advice and encouraged me to the point that I could fix my problem myself. I know that I can count on them for the big things that exceed my capabilities. This company is clearly a Rockwall, "Neighborhood Gem". We woke up to water backing up from my daughter's sink drain upstairs and flooding the floor/carpet. Called Bob around 8:30, he was pretty sure he knew the issue and was there within two hours. Turns out there was a clog after the a/c drain connected into the line so that was causing water to back up into the sink. I felt silly it was such a simple fix but Bob was super nice and friendly. Even explained to my daughter what to look for to alert us before it happened again.

Getting showered for work Wednesday morning my shower knob broke and I could not turn off the shower. I took it apart thinking that there was some way I could turn it off with vice-grips, but no. I had to turn our water off at the street. So I went to Nextdoor on my phone and looked up plumber and went with the one with the highest score and I was not disappointed. Master's Touch Plumbing was awesome. I called them way before their operating hours and Bob Cruse called me back that morning asked what the problem was and said he would be there as soon as he got his employees going. He was there shortly. Once he diagnosed the problem, he changed a valve and afterward the shower handle moved so smooth and worked perfectly. He gave me some tips we were having on water pressure and cleaned up and left. The price was very reasonable and Bob was extremely cordial.
