We woke up to water backing up from my daughter's sink drain upstairs and flooding the floor/carpet. Called Bob around 8:30, he was pretty sure he knew the issue and was there within two hours. Turns out there was a clog after the a/c drain connected into the line so that was causing water to back up into the sink. I felt silly it was such a simple fix but Bob was super nice and friendly. Even explained to my daughter what to look for to alert us before it happened again.

Getting showered for work Wednesday morning my shower knob broke and I could not turn off the shower. I took it apart thinking that there was some way I could turn it off with vice-grips, but no. I had to turn our water off at the street. So I went to Nextdoor on my phone and looked up plumber and went with the one with the highest score and I was not disappointed. Master's Touch Plumbing was awesome. I called them way before their operating hours and Bob Cruse called me back that morning asked what the problem was and said he would be there as soon as he got his employees going. He was there shortly. Once he diagnosed the problem, he changed a valve and afterward the shower handle moved so smooth and worked perfectly. He gave me some tips we were having on water pressure and cleaned up and left. The price was very reasonable and Bob was extremely cordial.

Bob has been there for us numerous times through the years. The work has always been excellent, very fair pricing and Bob and his crew are always a pleasure to deal with. Masters Touch has maintained their honesty, integrity and decency for decades and I wouldn't even consider another plumber. This isn't just another plumbing outfit, they are part of our community.

I just have to say again, Master's Touch is the best. Discovered a leak at my washer shutoff valve late in the day when we returned from vacation. Bob came out first thing the next morning and it was fixed in a jiffy! Kudos!

Master's Touch did an excellent job helping us out with a clogged kitchen sink. They were even able to find something that was a thread away from being a major issue and fixed it for a great price. They were on time, called ahead, and were able to show up promptly. This is no fluke as I've used them a couple of times now. The price is right and I can't recommend them enough. I had all my toilets, showers and tubs back up. We had feces and all sorts of stuff coming back into the house. I tried my normal plumber multiple times but it was after hours and he wasn't answering the call. I called a couple people for recommendations and Bob's name came up. He was the ONLY one that answered the phone at 9:00PM. He told me a few old school remedies to try first. When those didn't work he said he would be here first thing in the morning.

Bob showed up bright and early. He even got here before the other plumbers called me to see what was going on.

He fixed everything including an issue that a previous plumber had told me would require opening the walls and fixing some plumbing issues. The truth is that that plumbing company installed an off-name prt that was creating the problem. Bob found it and fixed it instantly.

Not only is he quick and professional but also extremely fair priced.

Had a leak in my front yard from a copper valve that I didn't need. It was completely removed, did the work for me when I wasn't home. I came back at the end of the job and everything looked good. Didn't shop around, used these guys because they do work for my church. Seemed like a fair price.

Hello, We live in Rockwall Co. on a small farm.
Last April my ex-wife got a $400 water bill. She called Master's Touch. They came out and "fixed" the leak for $230. at the end of June (3 months later) the water meter reader told her that the leak was back and pouring water. She call Master's Touch and they came back out and "fixed" the leak - for another $230!! when the water bill came in it was $2153!!! I asked Master's Touch what they were going to do since the job was apparently not done correctly the first time. I was told he would not help with any portion of the water bill. He did NOT warranty his work! I call the water dept and Baker Bros. Plumbling. Both parties agreed the job looked very shoddy. For another $337, Baker Bros "FIXED" the leak and WARRANTEED the job for 2 years. I have a call into Master's Touch but have not heard back. I would NEVER hire Master's Touch - Baker Bros. was not cheap but I will gladly pay for the Warranty and not worry about another $2K+ water bill.
