We originally thought this owner was great. He said he would fix things and we were in great hands as he is a "Christian" man! One of his employees pulled a gun on my tenants and I guess was fired but this owner capped lines saying he would be back when it was warmer and he had help. SO he capped lines, many tenants had no water, he doest come back. I had to pay another plumber 2 days later when he never come back to uncap lines that didnt need capping but because lost his help he wanted to cap them to prevent water flow. IF he had better employees and completed the work we would have saved about 1500. He is still trying to get money out of me even though my tenants went without water 2 days, a gun was pulled on tenants by his crazy helper. UGH a nightmare of a situation. He should take care of jobs he promised to do and stop trying to collect money when he never come back. He owes me for uncapping lines ...beware

If ever you need a plumber i would highly recommend Masters Touch Plumbing. He arranged with the city to get our meter moved closer to house and always kept us informed with who was coming and when. Robert was very attentive and wanted things to be perfect. More than competitive on pricing.

OUTSTANDING!!!!! The man knows his trade and craft and if need be, will research the project (he called the state housing board to get information on my issue) to ensure everything is done properly. He even answers his own phone (unless involved in a project)!! A true gentleman.....extremely personable. Is honest......and listens to you (now there's a rarity among many professionals). I almost wish for more plumbing issues so he could return and continue a business and friendly relationship.

Numerous calls, voicemails and text messages were left, all of which went unanswered. It's been a few weeks and still no response. The only reason I gave two stars and not one, is two separate people recommend this company (that is if you can reach them). Don't waist your time by calling, only for your messages to land on deaf ears.

What a genuine, kind person. Bob has returned my calls on weekends and nights, given me excellent advice and encouraged me to the point that I could fix my problem myself. I know that I can count on them for the big things that exceed my capabilities. This company is clearly a Rockwall, "Neighborhood Gem". No need to rely on big companies who throw a lot of advertising dollars at us...Master's Touch is clearly a first-class plumbing company who can solve most problems...and quickly.
