anuary 27th I entered into a bathroom renovation agreement demolition started on this day. On the very first day of demo they broke my glass shelves which he promised to replace never did and busted a hole in my bedroom adjacent to the bathroom. I Was assured dust would be kept down as much as possible. They brought no plastic,only card board for the floors, no plastic i provided since they brought none. I made the mistake of leaving them in my home. They use my private bathroom when instructed to use the utility room with toilet and sink, use my broom and dustpan of course they search my home and find it without asking. The broom and dustpan were ruin from all the dust and debris so i place it outside to my surprise the new one i both they had search my home for that one lucky they brought it to the living room and left, They left a mess everyday holes open nothing covered the tile guy was even worse left things like no one lived in the house sealant was put on the porcelain tile i had know idea you shouldn't he the contractor he should of know better.

I started to notice the caulking,painting,imperfections on the wall not smooth and I pointed these things out. Lou's reply was not finished yet, And, so he call me and said he needed money and the job was 80% done and he couldn't do anything else for me I replied the job is not done also am not satisfied, he said give him all but $600.00. (REALLY) The following day i inform Lou his services were not needed anymore am hiring someone else and the person i hired could not believe the backer board was done in pieces, the caulking not in a straight line, paint on was everywhere, wall had curves some imperfections 'couldn't be change. This was the worse experience and the first large project i had every took on.

I told him less go to court which he did not want i gave him 1,000 more shouldn't have but i know when you don't people right it comes back. TRULY, HE SHOULD OF ONLY GOTTEN THE 1/2 .I have damage hard wood floors, he built up the door entry to high, door molding damage, painted wall damage, left my light on in attic for over a week i didn't know,damage porcelain. etc.
I finally after demo done on January 27,2020 was completed April 2020
my worst experience.

I was in need of replacing a faucet in my upstairs bathroom. Master and Sons arrived on time and finished the job. I was pleased with the work and would not hesitate to call them again.

Called on a Sunday because of a bad spraying leak under my kitchen sink. Owner called me back right away and then FaceTimed me so he can walk me through how to shut off the water at the water heater. This helped and saved me money for non business hours. He was here first thing in the morning to rectify the situation. Not my first time using Master and Son's and won't be my last.

It was a pleasure to work with Master and Sons plumbing for a bathtub/shower remodel we had done recently. In addition to the fair prices they gave, they were kind, professional, and were so respectful of our time and space while working in our home. We also greatly appreciated how accessible they were through texting or calling. No call/ no show!! I called and spoke with a dispatcher who then told me the owner would reach out to me. The owner reaches out to me the same evening and I schedule a consultation for the NEXT DAY and am given a time frame of 4-4:30. At 4:59 I proceed to call to inquire where the technician is at due to my tenants confirming no one showed. After speaking with the dispatcher I am told again the owner would give me a call. At 5:13 I proceed to call the owner off the number that called me the previous evening; the owner answers and then states the technician is running behind and would STILL that evening. 6:16 another call is placed to the dispatcher and at 7:41 I called the owner again. No customer service and lack of business etiquette is all that I have received from this company.

Excellent !!!! Lou is really good in his job, I called other company ( Roto Rooter ) and the don't show up when they promise me it, when they come here his price is ridiculous, I called Master & Son plumbing and they show up on time, they resolve our problem and the price is the best. 100000000% recommended. CALL THEM !!!! CALL THEM !!!

Master and Son is the worst. They came out to my home gave a quote and promise to show and never did . Saturday or Sunday a no call no show. Didnt even respond to calls or text . Very unprofessional!!!

My first dealing with this company was great, the owner came out the same day and my problem was fixed the following day. Two weeks later I called with another issue and they said they could come Friday. Friday came and went with no show or call, I called Friday afternoon and was told that they would be out Monday between 8:00-8:30. Again no call or no show, I called again that afternoon and was told I would be on the schedule between 1:00 and 2:00. It is now Wednesday and I have not seen or gotten a phone call from this company.

Dealt with Lou the owner. Couldn't say enough nice things about him. Pleasant to deal with. Made you feel like a friend. Came out within three hours of my call and fixed our broken pipes on the first visit. Highly recommend him and will definitely refer him to anyone in the chesterfield / Richmond area.

Election Day -- all of our toilets back up and the drains for the shower and bathtub. Nightmare 101 -- after calling and leaving messages for plumbing companies, including one we had used in the Fan, we finally got Master and a live person. Their 2 man team was here in an hour and a half and in 20 minutes all systems were working. They promise 24/7 service because ""emergencies happen 24/7."" And, they deliver. Lou gave me a hug at the end and wished us well in our new home (only 8 days here). He is from Brooklyn and a true mensch, down to earth and affable. We will share the good work they do with our other home-owning friends.
