I had an amazing experience with Master Rooter for the second time. I was originally scheduled for 8 am on Saturday. However, I was not able to be home at that time. I spoke with Sam and Missy and they were able to adjust my time and keep my service the same day. Steve and his partner came out and explained to me in detail the work that needed to be done. I received my service for a great price and in a timely manner. I would not trust any other company to do work on my septic system!

What A Great Company! My parents had a septic tank back up on a Saturday morning. I started calling septic companies and no one would come out or even call back. Tony at Master Rooter called us right back. He was pretty far away at the time but said he could come out and we agreed to wait on him. We are so glad that we did, because he did such a great job. My parents are an older couple, and he explained the process to them in terms that they could understand. We felt that we could trust him. He has such a great sense of humor and had us laughing over this """"stinky"""" situation. We have already told Master Rooter that we would be calling them again and we meant it.

i live alone in a 5 year new build home. Came home from work to find my septic alarm was off. no issues or problems just alarm so figured my tank needed emptied for some reason. Master Rooter initially quoted $150 to empty tank. Made appt for for day throughout the day June 30th btwn 10-1. Didnt arrive until 630pm. Said ticket stated i needed a NEW Pump. i said no but guess what they said i DID need a new pump. had to ask SEVERAL times for a break down of charges. Claimed i needed a NEW Mercury Float and Check Valve anf Check Valve Rack comings to $3036 and this did not cover tp empty tank. that would have been another over $1000 with them giv me a discount they claimed. Too much to say in one complaint Bottom Line - Late, inconsistent communication and pricing. i believe they charged for things i did not need, overcharged for what they did, left the job incomplete so they have to come back, took short cuts and are simply not to be trusted. I wont use them ever again

Yikes! Ripoff artists at best, near thievery at worst. I called for a septic tank pumping and was told my whole system was ruined. After negotiating a price of $2600 to clear out all the lines including the drainfield and run new lines from the tank to the drainfield the guys were gone in about 30 minutes after simply cutting off the roots and putting new baffles in the tank. Beware, they work on commission, and they willmake you feel like you have to pay them a king's ransom or you will have raw sewage running in your yard. Get someone else to pump the tank and have some laborers do the line work, save yourself a few thousand at the same time!

Someone needs to stop these con artist. They qoute you $150-600 at the time of booking the appointment. Then when they arrive, ( of course a few hours late) the price more than doubles. They tell you all these possible problems with your system and give you recommendations on options on how to go about fixing them. So the whole time you think they're going to do these recommendations, when in reality they're just pumping your tank. They'll lie and say your tank is """"overflowing"""" which becomes a $200+ charge. That's total BS because the cap was a clean slab when removed. Then they'll never tell you they're charging you another $500+ for the main line to the house to get pumped! After talking to other septic companies they all informed me that the main line gets pumped automatically when doing a standard cleaning. You'll think they'll be satisfied screwing over clients but it doesn't stop there. Because they're still charging the original $500 + for a standard pump and an additional $100+ to remove the caps. Bringing the total to $1300+. I have two little ones at home. So I was trying and tackle multiple things at once. So when I signed the invoice for the $1300+ I thought all these recommendations and problems were being fixed. Nothing was fixed other than a basic pump. Once I got off the phone with processing my card. All work stopped and they were """"finished"""". EVERYONE BEWARE OF THIS SCHEME!!!!! I had to ask to see pictures of the """"work"""" that was done and the technicians reluctant to show me. I only thought he was taking pictures to educate me on my system. I had to snap pictures of the pictures he took from my device. There's no breakdown of services on the invoice. It's all unprofessional! They're thieves at the end of the day! The BBB will be informed next!

Guess I should have looked up the reviews before I called them. I confirmed their web price of $150 to pump my tank when I called to make the appointment. They told my husband that something was clogging & would start to back up & for $700+ they could clean it out...we stuck to just the pumping & then they told him the price was $180 & when he questioned it they said that there was a $30 state fee on every pumping, he said that their website had false advertising & the guy agreed to the $150 I was quoted... not at all impressed with this company & will not be calling on them again

If you are looking for a group of con men, then this is your company. They came out, dug up my yard, told me that the roots of trees had completely ate up the drain line, said that it would cost 3500 dollars to fix it. I paid them, because what do you do when there is a open sewage pit in your back yard? They spent 3 hours with 2 guys and put in 30 dollars with of pvc pipe and was gone. 2 months later, my toilets won't flush and they took a week to return my call, and they want 600 dollars to just come back out and pump a 1000 gallon tank with a riser on it. I would not send these people to my worst enemy.

made an appointment on their site, not only did they not ever call back or contact back in any way, but when i tried to call them on the day of the supposed appointment they said """"have you looked outside, its puring rain"""" as if im supposed to know after no one called back that they would like to reschedule. i told them i don't know what you mean since you never called me in the first place, and i was already frustrated, and they just said """"you should call someone else"""" and hung up. thank god we didn't go with them, if this is just how their first phone call is, i am pretty sure their service overall would be just as much of a hassle and frustration
