Horrible experience!!! Called early Saturday morning for an emergency septic tank pump. Sewage backing into my house IS an emergency!!! Said they would call when they were 1 hour away. By Saturday evening , I had to call them. """"sorry, we had other emergencies"""" We will be there in the morning. Driver calls me at 7:30 am and tells me he doesn't think we are in his area!!!!! REALLY???? The dispatcher couldn't tell that from my address that that I gave them YESTERDAY?????OMG do not use these incompetent people.

My advice, NEVER use this company. They quoted $680 and actually charged $1875. 16 days later. The same problem occurred. Avoid this company. One star was the only option, I would give it a negative number if I could.

Aw man it looks like my family member was taken advantage of here as well. I wish they had gone on Yelp or at least Google to check out the reviews from others who were deceived. They recommended risers and the job took like 30 mins-ish for a total of $1500. Something does not sit well or sound right

My firsthand experience is that these folks are liars and thieves. Tech called me while evaluating septic at a house I had for sale. He asserted that a long list of repairs were necessary. These would normally cost over $2,000, but if I authorized it immediately he could do it for $1,600. He also promised that if authorized the repairs he would not disclose any of the issues to the buyer of my house. I was skeptical about the repairs he cited and unappreciative of the offer to conceal info from my buyer. New company just came out for a second opinion. Their tech said """"As much as I would like to bill you for a lot of work, most of what Master Rooter cited as needing repair/replacement is perfectly fine. I can pump the tank for $400 and I'll give you a signed letter that the other items are in perfectly good, working order.""""

Do not hire this company! Had a clogged line to septic tank and called them to clear line and pump septic tank. They told me that my drain field was failing and that I needed to chemically treat drain field or I would have to replace the entire septic system which would be over $ 6500. After negotiations agreeded on $3200 for work of pumping tank and drain field, installing two clean outs, installing new baffles on septic tank and chemically treating drain field. They only installed one clean out which is sticking up a foot into the air in the back yard and now we have a large amount of waste water bubbling up around the clean out leaking into the back yard. Have called them multiple times concerning the problem yet Master Rooter will not respond. I also put the charges in dispute with American Express who credited my account for the charges but I have still not heard back from Master Rooter. Save yourself from all this trouble and hire a different company.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Does not stand behind their shoddy work nor will they allow you to speak to the manager or owner. Front office staff is extremely rude and condescending. Paid them thousand of dollars for a job they did so poorly other septic companies won't even pump or tank now. Have no showed us 3x now to discuss fix. Will be contacting an attorney. As well as the better business bureau

This company is amazing. Scott and john came to our rescue, we could not use our toilets, shower, washing machine, nothing. Once i called everything was finished within hours and I was more educated on my septic tank. These guys are fast, professional and smart. I highly recommend them for any septic needs. They are also family owned.

This guys are crooks , I spoke with them and told them from the start I needed to pump my septic tank and will probably need to have my drain field replaced very soon but I did not decide what contractor I would choose for the job. I also confirmed that the special they have for 150 $ to pump the tank has no strings attached .Once they came out they said they cannot pump the tank for 150 , if I only want to do the pumping they wanted to charge me 500 $. The never mention in their advertising that the 150 special comes with strings attached and not even when you talk to them on the phone to schedule the appointment. Very deceiving , classic bate and hook strategy ....mad at myself I fell for it ......I was lucky I could find another company who came out and pumped the tank the same day . This company does not care to help the customer , after they lie and put you in a bad situation they do not even try to make it right R.G.

If you are looking for a group of con men, then this is your company. They came out, dug up my yard, told me that the roots of trees had completely ate up the drain line, said that it would cost 3500 dollars to fix it. I paid them, because what do you do when there is a open sewage pit in your back yard? They spent 3 hours with 2 guys and put in 30 dollars with of pvc pipe and was gone. 2 months later, my toilets won't flush and they took a week to return my call, and they want 600 dollars to just come back out and pump a 1000 gallon tank with a riser on it. I would not send these people to my worst enemy.
