Thanks, Freddy, for being on time, doing a great job, leaving everything neat, and explaining everything you were doing. For a minor leak Master Plumbing came that day. Can you imagine how fast they would respond to a serious leak? Now we have found a great outfit! What a relief after trying for two days to find a plumber.

Found a pipe linking right before I was leaving work. So I found Master Plumbing & Sewer on yelp and they were great. They were at my location within 30 minutes of my call. Fixed the link and DOUBLE CHECKED his work to make sure it was done correctly. Jimmy you are awesome.

I recently had a major plumbing problem in my condo. It involved the sewer and took Jose over two hours. As of yet, I have not received the bill, so I can't speak to that. But I can tell you that Jose was wonderful, very capable, and a nice person too. He came out exactly when he said he would. I had called our homeowners' association about the problem, and now I know why they use Master Plumbing. I'm reading that their prices are right too, and I am writing this review in spite of the fact that the bill has not come yet. Another reason to go with them. Reliability and know-how plus respect for your home. What's not like?

I had a amazing experience with Master Plumbing. Late Friday afternoon, after trying unsuccessfully to unplug my kitchen sink, I called Master Plumbing at 4:30pm. They had someone at my home by 5:15pm. Jimmy and Jamal very quickly assessed the problem and resolved the issue - unclogging my drain and garbage disposal. They told me what I should and shouldn't not be putting down my garbage disposal. They did an excellent job making sure all was working well before they left - and cleaning everything up before they left. I would not hesitate to use Master Plumbing again and recommending them to friends.

Hello YELP WORLD, i just experienced great old fashioned customer service at the highest degree of performance.On 4-25-12 at 3:20 pm a customer rep called to say a plumber was coming to fix my bathroom plumbing problem. JIM arrived on time and was very prepared to accomplish and repair my problem. JIM was expeditious, intelligent and educated me on the do's and dont's. I am very much impressed with the service at MASTER PLUMBING. I WILL BE INFORMING MY FAMILY MEMBERS AS WELL AS MY CHURCH FAMILY(over 500 members).I FORGOT TO TELL YOU, THEIR PRICES ARE THE BEST IN TOWN. We called Master to snake out a completely stopped up bath lavatory drain line. They sent Jimmy out within a short time and he unclogged the dried mess and replaced a part of the drain lateral for a good price ($94/hr minimum). There is no charge for travel, even though they are located in the Sunnyvale/Mt. View area - I've previously had a plumber charge me travel time from San Mateo to Foster City...unbelievable!

I can't say enough good things about this company. Mark is outstanding intelligent and has fixed things other plumbers could not figure out. I think this is the only plumbing company with integrity. The staff is clean, courteous and kind. I would give them more stars if possible. They helped me during two major plumbing disasters. I only wish I knew about them earlier so I could have avoided all the other people.

all I needed was my main line snaked I knew they could get that done in less than an hour

I call Master Plumbing on Saturday at about 4PM. The woman who answered was very nice, clearly explained pricing and even told me what the price would be if I waited until Monday. After telling her that I couldn't wait she promised a visit by 5:30 but said she would call when the plumber was on the way. At about 4:15 she called to say he would be there soon. Vincent arrived at about 4:30 and had my drain cleared in about 10 minutes. He then cleaned the yuck from my shower and bathtub! All in all a great experience.
