We had a leaky Bathtub faucet and Jeorge from Master Plumbing came by to fix it. He was fast and courteous. Something I enjoyed was that he closed the bathroom door and worked without stop until he was done.

He did expert work and it shows. The new faucet we have today works and looks 10x better then the old one. Thanks! Would use their service again.

Jorge came in to unclog a pipe but also pointed out that the wrong pipe pieces previously installed would cause future leaking! Lucky for us, he had the correct parts on hand and was able to replace the cheap plastic ones that were in place when we bought the unit. THANKS for the quick work and additional fix!

This company has been horrible to work with. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They have invoiced me for services when they shouldn't have. I have called them twice to fix their error and they don't seem to care or even want to do what's right. I feel taken advantage of and think there is something up as I am looking at my invoices and they don't make any sense. They should be ashamed of how they conduct business. From my experience to date with them it seems like they are in the business of ripping people off.

Jut got off the phone with them. I got maybe 3 words out and the woman who answered the call interrupted me and began immediately quoting prices and saying they wouldn't do free estimates. I was not expecting a free estimate. I had already looked at their site and knew fully well that it would cost me to have the estimate done. Could be just a rude person answering calls but it reflects very poorly on the company.

I live in a first floor condo that has had numerous plumbing issues due to things happening outside my unit (leaks, sewage backups, etc). My HOA always calls Master Plumbing, and my experience with them has always been great. The guys they send are always efficient, helpful, friendly and they get the work done and clean up after themselves. Today was the second time Jorge came out and he did a fine job again.

I live in an upstairs condo, and I recently remodeled my bathrooms which involved, among other things, the replacement of a tub. Unfortunately, my contractor did not properly tighten the new tub to the waste and overflow line. So yesterday when I turned on the water in the tub for the first time, a lot of that water ended up in my neighbor's bathroom ceiling, and eventually on their bathroom floor. Of course, neither my neighbor nor I knew at first what was going on. We contacted our home owners association to see what they could do, and they told us to call Master Plumbing and Sewer. Good thing we did.

The plumber Master Plumbing & Sewer sent was Dean (a military veteran as it turns out). Dean is a complete pleasure to deal with, and someone who clearly knew what he was doing. In order to troubleshoot the problem, Dean did have to open up a few holes on my neighbor's bathroom ceiling as well as a hole on the wall next to my bathroom. But notwithstanding all that demolition, Dean took care to confine all the debris and mess stemming from the wall work to a big drop cloth that he had brought along. Then, afterwards, he folded up that drop cloth carefully with all the plaster and dry wall bits now wrapped inside, thus leaving the areas he had worked in as clean and tidy as when he first started. Dean also, without being asked, put on cloth shoe covers when he was inside my condo and my neighbor's.

The leak naturally stopped after Dean had correctly tightened the tub to the waste and overflow line. Then, as part of his quality assurance, Dean filled the tub with water to make sure everything was now draining properly. Throughout, Dean was very patient in explaining to me the whys and wherefores to what he was doing.

I am thoroughly impressed by Dean. He is truly a credit to both his company and his profession. Dean is without a doubt the one silver lining to this whole water leak episode: we have now found a plumber whom we can unreservedly trust. Thank you again, Dean!

Scottie just left my house a few minutes ago after installing a new kitchen faucet. I called Master Plumbing on Monday and scheduled an appointment for today, Wednesday, and received a scheduled window of 10a-2p. Master Plumbing called me about 30 mins before Scottie arrived to let me know, he was on his way. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and showed respect for me and my home. The job was done in exactly one hour and I'm a happy customer. Thank You Scottie!
