I had a great experience with these people. They arrived quickly and fixed a sewage backup that could have caused a real problem. Jamar, the technician was very helpful and explained the problem. He also gave me some great information about things we could do to help fix the plumbing in our house. Finally, the price was very reasonable, especially compared to other companies we've used in the past. I will definitely call them when I have a plumbing problem again!

Plumbing was backed up and we couldn't flush the toilets. Yuck! We had the city come out and determine it was in the house. We tried to call a plumber recommended to us but they couldn't come out on the same day. After reading other reviews and seeing this was a larger company we decided we had a better chance getting someone out to the house ASAP. Sure enough, they came in a couple of hours and pipes were cleared in less than an hour. Prices were good and they were honest. We would definitely use them again and recommend highly!

Their work was fine, but they did not take the credit card I left with my daughter and I wasn't home. The bill wasn't totaled so it looked to me like I only owed half as much as the final bill, so I sent ended up having to sent checks twice. They say they never got the first check, so then I had to stop payment on that check...for a fee. Basically a pain to do business with.

Had a wonderful experience with Master Plumbing today. Highly personable, HIGHLY COMPETENT Plumber, ""Jamar,"" arrived a few minutes early and installed a new garbage disposal ""on time and under budget."" Master Plumbing was recommended to us by our Property Management Company and so a type of 'vetting' was in place raising our level of confidence! I now feel highly confident recommending Master Plumbing!!!

Reasonable rate, got the job done. The guy who came out for me was fine, but could have been better. I'd rate his workmanship and skills as 3 out of 5. They are a big company with around a dozen plumbers, so your experience may vary depending on who you get.

The operator is very professional and courteous. They came on time within a 4-hour window, and called ahead of time. The current rate was $104/hr, with 1 hr min and charged every additional 1/4 hr. I would probably use them again.

I called them on Dec 30th at 1:30 a.m., left a message that my kitchen sink was blocked. I'd been unable to fix it myself with either chemicals or a 25-ft auger snake. At 8:10 a.m. in the morning a very sympathetic lady called me back, apologized profusely that they wouldn't be able to get somebody to my house till sometime between midday and 4 pm because they were so busy.

At about 2 pm ""Jose"" knocked at our front door. He was very courteous, and before entering the house he put plastic covers around his shoes (like little shower caps) -- very considerate!

He fixed the blockage in about 30 minutes. He had to open up a ""clean-out"" access place outside our house. The blockage turned out to be about 30 feet down. We had bought our son a juice extractor for Christmas, and somehow some pulp from it had clogged the drain.

Jose made sure it was completely fixed, then cleaned up. His work is guaranteed (no blockage on that drain) for 30 days.

I was very impressed with the friendly courtesy and efficient professionalism. This is as good as it gets!

I had an emergency sewage backup at my house yesterday and an unhappy family who couldn't use water (nor the toilets!) until it was fixed. Not so pretty. Upon calling Master Plumbing I got helpful service including how to deal with the challenges at hand, and a reasonable appt. time the same day. Good so far.

The tech showed up when promised in a cool looking truck full of gear. On his uniform I noticed his name is Jamar. Understated, polite, informative, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, VERY helpful and patient. A good overall attitude--nothing outrageous, just solid. He got the work done in a reasonable amount of time. I asked for more and he was happy to help. (They charge by the hour which is fair). As a small business owner I know how important your people are, and how they represent your brand when you're not around. Well, to the owner of Master Plumbing--nice hire, and I assume nice training and guidance as well! Jamar is a great asset who improved your brand equity-- yesterday with me, today with Yelp, and in the future with the word of mouth recommendations I'll pass along to my friends.

I'm writing this to put in a good word for the company (*****), but mostly because I appreciate good workers and I'd like Jamar's boss to be aware of how he is contributing positively to the company. I hope he has opportunity for advancement and growth so you don't lose him, and he might help build the business stronger.

i needed someone experienced in all matters related to sump pumps. I checked Yelps reviews for various plumbing companies. Master Plumbing had many favorable reviews. I called, explained to a very courteous operator that I wanted a maintenance check on my sump pump system and I had an appointment the next day with a three hour window. I explained that I needed a 30 minute lead time to reach the job site. No problem. Mark J. met me at the unit on time. He explained each step of the job. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions, I have had various pump companies service our pumps over the years. I have to say that none of them compare remotely to the level of service I received from the representative of Master Plumbing.

These guys are awesome and reasonably priced. I had an emergency today, with the kitchen sink completely blocked and backing up. I had earlier called another plumber that called me 2 hours later to push the appointed time. Familiar with such tactics, I cancelled them and called Master Plumbing. The lady on the phone was extremely courteous and set an appointment immediately. An hour and half later, Jamar showed up. He was also extremely courteous and very nice. He went up and snaked the sink from the roof vent. The entire procedure took 15-20 minutes. I'm glad he wasn't like your typical hourly handymen that tends to spend more time than they need to so that they can bill for an extra hour.

I would hire these guys in again any day of the week. Awesome service and definitely worth the money. I also have a 30 guarantee on my service.

I've used Master Plumbing twice now for one small (but urgent) water leak jobs and for a bigger job and both times they were terrific! They were professional, quick, and were available to come surprisingly quickly to my relief. Their fees are reasonable too. They're my go to shop for sure.
