We found out that our main sewage line was leaking and that you can smell it sometimes in certain closets. Not good!! I don't know about you but I like to avoid having any sewage smell in the house as much as possible. Luckily, Ken and his trusted plumbers came and fixed the problem. They were fast, efficient, and managed to fix everything at a decent price after all. I highly recommend them!! :)

i am asking all of you out there stay out from this guys they are noting but lies and and they don't show on time and i tell the reason why!!
i been using them once and the wile and every time i used them all ways problem. this week i call them for pipe got clocked on monday and booked for next day from 10 am to 1pm so check this out wait wait wait nothing phone ring at 2:00 we are so sorry our technician is ruining little bit late he will be there in half hour so and also that fail 3 o clock nothing, i have to call someone else in half hour the problem is resolved with flying colors. so what it get more interesting is there master technician shows up at 4 pm and i am watching from ccv cameras he stays in the vehicle for about 20 min or so then he get off i went to speak to him toll you are late very very late !!!
the all point of this is the after 4 pm they have different rate much higher that's where they suck blood out of you. i know the there plan very well.
you lost my time and money !!!

Called Master Plumbing at 8am and had Jorge at my door at 1:15pm ready to solve my problem. My 3 toilets were backing up regularly with every go and I was stuck plunging to solve the problem. After checking the flush and listening to my story Jorge knew the only way to diagnosis the problem was to camera the line. I agreed. He called for the camera and it was delivered to my home from another location and sure enough Jorge's diagnosis of blistered pipes was confirmed. If it was in one set of pipes there's good odds it's in the other pipes.
Jorge put my toilet back neater than when he took it apart, he cleaned up behind him and told me an estimate would be co.ing from the office. I was very impressed with Jorge and his work and wouldn't hesitate asking for him again.
Finding someone who takes pride in there work is so hard to find these days, it's a pleasure to find someone who is old school.

Horrible company The tech was very nice but owner of shop has no public relations with his customers! Very Rude, crude, cursed and was no help at all.Hung up on my husband and blocked his number.He needs to retire from this company! Close the doors!!!! I would ot recommend to anyone!!!!!Worst Service I've ever experienced!

This place definitely has some kind of scam going on with the HOA company. 3.50 hours to disconnect a water line for the fridge and charge 476.00$. And the shame is its the second time within a yr for the same problem. They may be okay to deal with directly, I don't know because we did not have that type of experience but when an HOA is involved it seems like they love to milk money out of people they call customers.

Came on short notice late in the day and got the initial problem solved. Then took the initiative to make things even better than they were before. All while being very relaxed and cordial. Really great.

Was notified by a housemate that our kitchen started to cause stuck and flooding after washing dishes. It appears that dumping a whole cup of pasta salad down the sink drain was a good idea for her! (seriously, who does that when the garbage disposal is right next to the sink???) Contacted master plumbing around 6:30pm asking for an urgent support. Was informed 2 hours wait but Big Ken showed up at my door by 7:15pm to work on it right away. Took 2.5 hours to resolve it but Big Ken has been professional throughout the whole thing and kept his cool to work on it due diligently to fix my issue. I offered him to take a break, grab some food and drink to rest but he insists on finishing his job before he did anything else. Happy that master plumbing provided me an excellent support on the last minute notice as well as the worker was very professional throughout the whole time while struggling to get it fixed.

Called them yesterday. Told me that it would be $160 per hour and setting the appt between 2pm to 6pm the next day. I just gave them a call to check when they were coming to get a better approximate time and found out that the price has changed to $240 an hour after 4:30 and we were scheduled pass 4:30pm. Doing business has to be the RIGHT WAY!!! If they told me in the beginning, I would have scheduled a time before 4:30pm.

Master Plumbing came to the rescue when we realized our shower, sink and toilets were clogged in the upper floor bathrooms. I was given a timeframe as to when they would arrive, was called when they were on their way and Jorge did his magic. Jorge was professional, detailed, efficient and a real cool guy! He pointed out some potential issues which will be scheduled accordingly. Master Plumbing and Jorge rock!!!!
