It was like any ordinary day....I woke up one morning and as my son and I were about to head out the door, I hear him yell from the living room ""Uhhh Mom, I think we have a problem here. The floor is all wet"". In my head I'm thinking, what did this child spill now?!? So I head over to his direction and as I'm approaching, I hear ""Drip Drip"". And I'm not talking about Cardi B who came through drippin', I literally mean I hear drops hitting my living room floor. ?. OMG, my ceiling is leaking.
So fast forward to Master Plumbing coming to the rescue....I immediately receive a call from them after speaking to my Property Manager. They will arrive between 1-5pm. Ok, I can deal with that
Jorge was not only professional and respectful, but he worked fast and took great care in not being disruptive. He asked me exactly what happened and recreated the conditions. He isolated the problem and went to WERK!
Would I ever contact him directly if I have anymore plumbing issues. DEFINITELY. Well, I'd have to tell my property manager to, but you get the point. The man worked fast, took the time to protect my furniture and wore shoe protectors during the repair, and literally cleaned up everything as if he was never there. He couldn't give me a lot of details regarding the work he performed since he was contacted by my property manager, but he assured me the problem was taken cared of. Thank you Jorge! You definitely deserved this 5-star review homie!

Horrible service. My HOA hires this company to repair cold water lines to the complex. My place was flooding so of course I had questions. When I asked a question I corrected by a supervisor that he doesn't answer my questions only those that come from the HOA. Then once they started working on my unit they had to fix errors 3 times. The plumber then had the nerve to ask for good yelp review. What a joke your insulting customer not doing a job correctly 2x then you ask for a good review? Over my dead body

We would like to thank Sergio and Pablo for helping us out with the situation at our condo! We received great professional customer service. And explanation step by step of what they were going to do. They had to cut up our walls to change some pipes and other things to fix the problem. And were very neat about everything. We recommend Sergio and Pablo to help you with any of your plumbing issues. They are very knowledgeable and patient. We had a great experience! If we could give 10 stars on yelp we would. Had a leak in the apartment, landlord sent over 2 different plumbers who couldn't fix things. Leak persisted. Then they called in Master Plumbing - Jorge came by, did a thorough evaluation, and plugged the leak. All good now. He was professional, effective, and cleaned up the area when he was done. Great work!

Have used this company twice now for 2 different plumbing jobs. The 1st was a leaking kitchen sink. After the prompt response and great job quickly installing a new garbage disposal, I knew when we needed to replace both of our bathroom coroded faucets (who knew?) with new fixtures they were the ones to call.
Khym was polite & fast at the first job in the kitchen. We asked her to check out the shape of our faucets in the bathroom. We even had an expensive replacement part. She said we can do replace that part...but then something else will end up leaking. It's better to just replace them.
I ordered 3 different faucets from Home Depot (narrowed down to a Kohler & Moen). For this job, George arrives. We show him the 2 choices & he said they had less trouble with the Moens. He immediately installed the two faucets and showed us what to do etc if there's problems with the pop-up drain.
A friend gave me the name of another plumber she said was inexpensive & very good, but I never will use another company again after the professional and excellent Service we got from these truly ""Master Plumbers"". A definite 5 Star business!!!

I called Master Plumbing to inspect a leak around our toilet. Technician, Khymn arrived within an hour and found both the water line and toilet tank was leaking. Options were to repair the toilet or install a brand new toilet. I went with the new toilet option because the it was 20 plus years old.
Khymn disposed the old toilet for us and installed a new one. She replaced the water shut off and water line. She even cleaned the area for us.

This is first time I am writing a bad review ever in my life. The plumber worked for 1 hour 10 minutes, went back to the car and spent 20 minutes to prepare the invoice, and you can image they charged for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Which is totally 160+80= $240. When I called the office, the answer is yes, the time on writing an invoice is also being included, this is how it works, she even said I am on the 3rd floor, the time from the lobby to the apartment is long. What kind of invoice you think takes 20 minutes to finish? The funny thing is while the contractor was 'preparing the invoice', I went downstairs and obviously the plumber was playing his phone and waiting for the time passed. So be cautious how you will be cheated!!!!!
