Our garbage disposal in our new home unexpectedly clogged our sink. Meir troubleshooted our garbage disposal over the phone within minutes of our text inquiry. He showed up the next morning, replaced our garbage disposal and added additional piping. See pictures of the before (smaller white disposal unit) and after (larger black disposal unit). Transparent pricing, professional, knowledgeable and would recommend.

Took half an hour to make it over. Most other places said a couple of
days and such. Those that answered said that at least. Some were answering machines. He worked quickly and did a number of things
that were above and beyond. He cut the price too because we said he got good press on Yelp. Well, he's got some more good press now.
If we need some more work he'll get another call.

Had our basement sump pump fail. Was referred to Meir by our general handyman. Within 1 hour of my original text myself, I was on the phone with Meir explaining what happened. He came out a few hours later to view the problem and gave me a rundown.

Unfortunately the more he uncovered about the original pump and plumbing, the more things didn't look right. In no way was this a scam to get more work, he honestly just wanted to do things the right way that won't need repairing again. Ultimately, the sump basin needed to be repaired, and the piping modified to fit.

Overall, the replacement and repair was done right, and in an good timeframe. Meir is definitely now my ""I have a guy"" for plumbing issues and questions.

Meir has become a buddy. Multiple times, he has bent over backwards to fit us into his schedule - from emergencies to regular jobs. He is trustworthy, completely fair, and always makes you laugh. Besides broken plumbing, I always look forward to chatting with Meir. He's one of the few ""good ones,"" and is one of (if not the most) skilled plumber we've ever worked with.

Seriously - he's fixed drains, broken main water lines, checked our gas line issues, helped us get reimbursed from DWP for an emergency leak, and brought our garage-sale propane-powered fire pit back from the dead.

Meir is the real deal. As good as it gets!

Meir doesn't just ""work."" He analyzes the problem (or solves the unknown problem), develops a plan to fix the issue, and then executes. You can know that it will get fixed if you use Meir. Had an emergency plumbing issue on Sunday. Called Meir and he showed up within 45 minutes. He took time to understand how the home's plumbing system was set up, and then acted. He solved the problem efficiently. He was professional, knowledgable and honest. Through it all, he demonstrated that he didn't want to take any shortcuts; he stressed the importance of finishing the job the ""right way."" We are so happy we called Meir. He was able to accommodate us within a couple of hours of contacting him--on a Saturday morning, no less--to fix our main sewer line that had backed up and formed a huge puddle of ""you know what"" on the garage floor.

A friendly, knowledgeable plumber with a great sense of humor, Meir's customer service skills are top notch. And he cleared our clogged sewer line before the hour was up.

Pricing is fair for an independent plumber and the work is top quality. We'll definitely call Meir to handle any future plumbing emergencies!
