Meir is honest, dependable and a very good plumber. He IS expensive, but you get what you pay for. If you want absolute clarity about your problem and its fix, and honesty... this is your guy. If you want to risk hiring the cheapest, he is not.

Set up appointment and they could only give me a four hour window. I asked to be scheduled later in the window. Instead, they called me as soon as window opened to say plumber was on his way . . . from Sunnyvale (to SF) . . . during rush hour . . . and they charge by the hour for transportation time. Boo!

Meir especially, i wont expend on the problem because i am sure that is not such an interesting matter.
Whats really important that the work was clean and affordable and they responded quickly, and explained the problem and the cost on the phone so i will understand everything (almost).
Very recommended any problem, BIG or small :)

No one likes it when something goes wrong with the plumbing. It's actually pretty much the worst thing ever. And gross. And sad. And you need help.

And that's where Master Plumbing comes in! Cue my relief.

Meir is amazing--super fair (honest and kind, trustworthy rates, etc.), and thorough. I would absolutely recommend!

The one and only ""master"" plumber, Meir, is timely, knowledgeable, and fair - exactly what a plumber should be.

If you're looking for the cheapest on the market, look elsewhere - but remember, you get what you pay for. Meir is not cheap because his work is quality. His prices are competitive and he is upfront and honest, never charging unnecessarily. He stands by all of his work and if you're unsatisfied, he is there to answer questions or reexamine the project.

As a San Franciscan who is concerned with the city's take-over by billion dollar corporations, it restores my faith when I see a small business like Master Plumbing still around to provide personalized service.

I can't say I'm happy when my plumbing breaks down, but I'm happy to have the chance to support an exceptional small businesses in my community.

Wonderful simple plumbing fix !

Fast, clean fairly priced, what more could one ask when plumbing suddenly break's down.

Referred by a co worker, master plumbing answered our questions on the phone and arrived in short order, after looking over the leak, he set to work and did not stop until all was working again.

Will certainly use this plumber again, already referring to neighbors and friends.

I called Master Plumber based on the positive reviews on Yelp and the fact he is located in my neighborhood. He came over within a few hours to fix our kitchen faucet which involved taking apart the handle and removing some pieces of plastic. He charged $150 for 30 mins work which I thought was outrageous. I will not be calling him again.

Another 5 star rating for Master Plumbing - love their orange trucks! All their plumbing staff as well as their office personnel are very courteous and knowledgeable about their plumbing business.

It was a weeknight when I got home and found a blue notice from the City of Mountain View, informing me that my water meter was turning, indicating that either my water was running or had a leak on my side of the meter. Followed their instructions on the notice on where to check for house leaks. Checked everything listed and found that my water meter dial was turning, indicating that there might be a leak between my house valve or internal leaking. (bad news!)...time to call a plumber because the City of Mountain doesn't go onto private properties to check for leaks.

I quickly checked the internet and found Master Plumbing on Yelp. Decided to call them after reading their reviews which had a high percentage of 5 stars. I called them the following day and was able to have a plumber come out to check my water problem. Jimmy and Joshua were the first to come, for the assessment, then Sergio and Daniel were the ones that installed my beautiful new copper main line. (discovered that my old main water line was plastic!!). Sergio and Daniel, thank you for doing an excellent job, because your installation passed the City of Mountain View's inspection. The last to come were Sergio and Jamar who also did a good job in the final clean-up. All these guys work as a team and are so easy-going that you end up on a first name basis by the time they leave. This is a well-run company because the owner personally came by and surveyed what had to be done and described to me what that entailed. The office staff was very helpful too, they handled getting the permit from the City of Mountain View to install my new main water line and also called PG&E for me to get them to stop by to mark where the gas and electrical lines were located before Master Plumbing and the electrician started to dig the trenches for the water line and the electrical line.

Also, wanted to mention that Sergio and Daniel had to work side-by-side with the electrician and his associate who I had hired to install a new conduit line that ran above my water line so both the plumbers and electricians worked together digging their separate trenches (one for the water line, the other for the electrician line---not an easy task). That's what you call teamwork, because it was a difficult project to complete.

In summary, If you need a plumber whether it is a small job or a big one like mine,
call Master Plumbing. I highly recommend them.

This guy meir knows his stuff we had a bad blockage in our drain ,he came to our house within a few hours of our call to him ,he got right to work found the blockage got our drain cleared and our kitchen sink was back working like normal.
so he was quick clean honest and didnt over charge us ,will definitely used him again .
