Our home is saturated with water damage. Spoke to woman on Sat 28th who placed us on the 2-4pm window following Monday. Lost my entire work day only to find they dropped the ball and offered an apology because they didn't care enough to update the schedule book. Here's my solution:

We need to go back to an obama-like economy where people are starving for work and then they show up. Now, wages have gone through the roof! Every single person thinks they are worth 100 bucks an hour! They have too many options. No one cares any longer because they can just say ""sorry"" and move on to the next opportunity. These contractors are all rich ""again"" but it won't last and then the poor guy goes to file unemployment on the tax payer.

Just wish there was a way to cost you the same amount that you cost me today! When that happens everything changes.

A discrete leak turned ugly after-hours and I called Master Plumbing. The customer service was lovely and within an hour Tony arrived to detect the source and conduct repairs.
His work was excellent and priced very fairly. In fact, there was no after-hour fee inflation. He repaired the leak in an efficient and clean manner.
I'm so impressed and grateful!

We have been using Master Plumbing for years and we were very happy with their service until this year. We had a leak in the ceiling. Tony came and detected the leak. Gave us a quote which is a bit high for replacing a cartridge for the shower. We were OK with it. He came back the next day, couldn't replace the cartridge after he worked at it for sometimes. He then said it's broken, now he has to replace the valve. The cost would be double. He went out for a break, came back and increased $25 more. We called the office and they said the price is what the technician said. The fix was good. But the price increase in the middle of the job was very unprofessional and the price was expensive.
Master Plumbing used to give an estimate for simple jobs when you called. They didn't do it this time and let the Technician that came to your house to give out the number. We never had to call another plumber for a second quote. But we will have to from now on.

My insurance company had recommended the company and I made an appointment but I had my doubts after I read the negative Yelp reviews. Cancelling the appointment, I found it's not easy to work with other plumbing and leak detection companies and with an insurance company. One company stated that leak detection only comes after mold remediation. I quickly called and got the original appointment back.

Young Brandon found the leak. After mold remediation, Brandon returned for the leak repair. The kitchen ceiling was opened and tall Brandon awkwardly worked standing on a kitchen counter and using a horizontal 2x4 between two studs as a step in an opened wall. Without that horizontal piece, Brandon said he would have needed to tear an exterior wall to reach the leak, a more expensive repair, neither of which the insurance company covers. After six hours, about half awkwardly on the kitchen counter and horizontal piece, Brandon finished replacing the worn piece and piping and the new parts passed the leak test.

I appreciate that Brandon did not tear an exterior wall. I believe he worked awkwardly for hours with the customer and expenses in mind than with what is easier, tearing and replacing that costly exterior wall.

They came out in 2014 to replace my water heater and service was good then. My heater started leaking again today and should be under warranty. They told me I had to take it up with the manufacturer myself. How would I exchange a water heater myself? I got in contact with a different plummer and he said he can take care of the warranty and replacement himself.

We had some substantial water damage at our home so called this company to come out & isolate the problem. Could not have picked a better company!! Tony, the field supervisor, that came out was courteous, professional & very knowledgeable in taking care of our problem. Highly recommend this company if ever in need of repairs. I am a widow and are mostly in the dark as far as reliable companies to use for home fixes. I had a horrible back up problem with overflowing black stinky goop in both my kitchen and laundry room sinks. I called a company I had used in the past. When they came out they said there was a blockage in the pipes and that they would have to tear apart my living room floor to fix which would cost thousands of dollars and they were unable to open the clog. Cost me close to $400 for that information and I still had the clogs. Master Plumbing came out to assess the diagnosis. The technician they sent out, Robert, not only cleared my pipe so the drains could clear enough to allow me to do my dishes and use my washing machine again, but found and fixed any leakage in
outside pipes. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me because I followed him around asking endless questions and answering them so I could understand exactly what any problems were and what was needed to be fixed. I have found a plumber company with excellent technicians who really know their stuff and I feel I can trust and refer others to use this company. No matter what ridiculous excuses they give the expert leak detector was wrong and they wont own up to the damage they caused. I own several properties and have never dealt with such dishonest people. There ate plenty if plumbers stay away!
