I am in the water mitigation business and this is the company I call when I show up at someone's home and they have a leak. They are sometimes pretty busy on Monday's and Friday's, like most plumbers, but they are very professional and very competitive on pricing. I've called them out to various homes at least 250 times and I have yet to have any problems with them. I've used them for my own home as well. They are also not the type of company that takes kickbacks from water mitigation and restoration companies.

After wasting over 5 hours of my time in 2 days, I can say definitively that working with Master Plumbing is not worth it.

Just want to give a public shout out to Mike Mier of Master Plumbing for the great job he did finding and repairing the water leak in my wall in record time and with minimal wall openings. He was quick and professional and charged me a good price. Thanks Mike great job!

We had a cement slab replaced in the backyard of a rental unit. After the patio was poured a leak developed that ended up flooding the backyard. The cement contractor said it wasn't anything he did that caused the leak so I knew I would get not help there.

I called out Master Plumbing & Leak Detection and they were able to determine that the drain line that is in all the backyards had a hole in it and was clogged so when the sprinklers came on it flooded our yard.

They guy showed up on time, was friendly and helpful and was able to explain to the landscape supervisor exactly what the problem was.

We are now in the process of working with the landscape company to get the pipes replaced so we can finish the backyard.

Horrible... They were sent out from our insurance company for assement. Wasted outr time 2 days in a row with no shows and reschedules. Plumber without using shoe covers is disgusting. unless you can avoid it, call a dependable company for your needs.

I've used Master Plumbing to take care of issues at a rental property. We've used them about 5 or 6 times now, but not again.
At least half the time, they do not come within the timeframe they set.
Twice they have left the house without doing the work with no call to let me know if they will be back.
The last time, he called to have me authorize the work. Apparently, then he left without doing the work or telling the tenants when/if he would be back. Yes, I was charged for this ""Visit"" even though no work was done.
Like I said, Never again. Too many great independents out there to go with this very expensive and now unreliable company.

On Sunday, I called Master plumbing because I thought I had a hot water pipe leak in my slab. It already had it happen once and this time it had the same symptoms. They sent Oscar. He was very helpful, we discussed the various option for repair. The estimate was fairly priced. I have done a lot of plumbing myself and can appreciate the amount of work required to reroute a hot water line. As it turned out there was no leak! I will call these guys and request Oscar for my future plumbing needs. There was no extra charge for a Sunday emergency!

Slab leak / Repipe

Master plumbing repiped our hot and cold water lines, after we used another company that unsuccessfully tried to repair a slab leak. Tom and John were the main crew working on the repipe. They finished the Job in 4 days ( as promised ) and we were never without water until the last day when they did the tie in. I would highly recommend master plumbing. Tom and crew are very professional and knowledgeable . They made a bad experience tolerable and worked clean.

Robert came out to our house to look at a leak and he did a great job discovering the root of the problem. He got it replaced with a different plumber later from our Home Warranty and couldn't be happier.
