Mike the owner of Master Plumbing stalled me for over 2 weeks giving me every excuse to come re-do a gas leak. He kept making appointments that he never kept to have Calvin come out to fix it. He asked me to give him a great review of which I did and then he failed to do what he promised to do. He took advantage of a senior citizen and gave me a quote of 15,000 then turned around and gave me a quote of 29,500.00. Basically take it or leave it. Even after the quote he made appointments only to be a NO SHOW!!!! I would think twice before ever using someone like this. Yes I dealt with the OWNER!!!!!

I had a leak somewhere in my wall. The baseboards around my stairway were coming loose and there was water on my floor and in the crawl space. Tom and Mario arrived on time and were able to locate the leak without tearing my whole wall open. They accomplished this using an infrared thermal imaging leak detection camera. They then opened up just enough wall to repair the pinhole leak on a hot water pipe. I was impressed with how efficient they were. The cost for repair was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Master Plumbing and Leak Detection.

We had a leak from the upstairs bathroom into the kitchen below. Another plumber came out and said they couldn't tell where it was leaking without tearing the place apart. We contacted our insurance company and they sent Master Plumbing and Leak Detection. Nick came out and gave us an estimate. He came back and tried to fix the tub shower overflow but there was a screw stuck. He came back next week with Ricardo. They opened a small patch in the kitchen ceiling and replaced the overflow and attached plumbing. While they were working in the shower, they replaced all the shower hardware. They did a great job with minimal impact to our daily life. They were both pleasant, my husband and I couldn't be happier!

cannot say enough good things about Master Plumbing! We were referred by our insurance company after getting a very high estimate from another company who told us that the shower would have to be dug up to unclog the drain. Jeff determined that the problem was in the sink and resolved the problem without having to touch the shower. thank goodness! We even received a Veteran's discount! Definitely recommend!

I just had the worse experience with the company. I called for service to resolve a leaking problem for my rental home. I was told to pay $750 to replace kitchen Sink and I agreed to it. Later on, my tenant informed the problem was fixed and a faucet was replaced. I was charged $772 and was not given any invoice and paper. It called to clarify with the company since it is different from I was told and the faucet looks really cheap and simple. I was told the faucet costs $250. (it is real price is way less than that). I asked to talk to their manager. The supervisor on the phone had no interest to listen and told me faucet is the same with Sink. He hand up my call during the conversation. Will never go back to the company.

My water bill kept going up and hit $500/month. Signs pointed to a leak. Called up these guys because I couldn't find anything obvious on my 1 acre lot. They came out, arrived a few min early and in less than an hour had the leak pinned down to an area and said the leak is here give or take a food or two. Dug down, and bam, just like they said. Leak is gone, saved me money and time. Wouldn't have been able to find the leak without them. Worth the money to have these guys come out.

Had the best experience with Chris re identifying the source of a tricky water leak. He listened to what I observed then explained his steps in the process of IDing the issue. He implemented all in a timely/efficient manner then explained what he determined and how he came to that decision. I'm very satisfied with all. Based on this experience I'd call again.
