Wow. This is truly the best customer service I have received in a very long time.
Cameron (i think that was his name) came by because all of our showers only got to luke warm in our new house. He diagnosed the ""problem"" in 1 minute, gave us advice on our kitchen faucet, was out the door in 5 minutes and didn't charge us a dime. He was courtious, professional, knowledgable and didn't make us feel stupid for not knowing about child-safe stops on shower handles. Now that is service. I was faithful to another plumber in the area until now. Mason Plumbing gets all my business from now on.

Mr Mason extended his worker's schedule to get my laundry drain cleaned out at 6:45 am next day! Kurt even put the pipes back together that I had taken apart - you couldn't even tell he'd been there! Highly recommended if you want someone local (Fairfax).

Cameron Mason was our plumber on a MAJOR remodel of our house in Larkspur. Despite many twists and turns on a job of this side, he and his staff did an outstanding job. Six months later, two of our toilets we acting up. He came out on short notice and not only fixed them, but gave me a crash course on what to look for, etc. Its hard to find great folks with integrity....these guys are loaded with it! Hire them - they'll do a great job!

Cameron has given me hope for the future of our economy. Same day service on New Year's Eve at an extremely reasonable rate. He literally was here within 20 minutes of my call and delivered spectacular service. I bought a toilet to be installed from Home Depot, who also advertised a $79 special installation. Only problem was it could not be scheduled for two weeks. Not great when you need a toilet installed. Very professional, very courteous, and will be my plumber of choice from here forward.

Called Cameron based on all of the yelp reviews and was more than impressed! My single bathroom finally staged a revolt after the many nights of my daughter's friends ""hanging"" out in our home. Called Cameron early this morning thinking that I would get an answering machine, but WOW, Cameron answered immediately. He arrived literally minutes later and within a few more fixed the upset toilet and replaced a leaky flapper for me. Price was more than reasonable, Cameron was so professional and kind and his service was excellent. After years of searching for ""the one"" Cameron Mason is it.

I cannot recommend Mason Plumbing enough. Cameron Mason and his crew are knowledgeable, fast, reliable, friendly, and accommodating. We had an emergency with our garbage disposal and kitchen sink completely backing up. Our house was a wreck because we'd just gone through another disaster, compounded by being out of town for a few weeks. I mention that only because Mason Plumbing was able to come out immediately, fix our problem completely, and do it in an environment that was already pretty chaotic and messy. I loved how well they explained our problem and how thoroughly they fixed it, despite some equipment challenges from our narrow old pipes. They were wonderful. Not only did they squeeze us in last minute, they were actually early. Once they'd fixed the sink they took a look at a leaky bathroom faucet, which has been plaguing us for years. They were able to show me in about 30 seconds how to stop the drip. Some less ethical businesses could have seen that as an opportunity to do an unnecessary repair or expensive replacement. They didn't. They just taught me how to stop it. And, as an extra bonus, the family-owned business supports our school as a business partner.

We received Fast and professional service from Mason plumbing. We had a problem with our sewer line at our home the day before a holiday weekend. I called and Mason was able to send someone out within 2 hours of my call.
