Old cabins need love too! Based on yelp reviews, I chose mason plumbing to assess a sewer situation at our family cabin in Inverness. I phoned Mason plumbing after waiting two days to hear from a ""local"" plumber who never came through. Cameron immediatley answered and discussed the issue with me. All within a few hours he drove out to the cabin, assessed the situation and fixed the problem. When he phoned with the good news I was so pleased! It is easy to expect the worst with these old cabins and he seemed to have done a very thorought job (checked and double-checked) to be sure the lines were clear. His response was so fast; excellent customer service. I will certainly use his services again and would highly recommend him based on our phone interactions and quick response time. Thank you Cameron Mason. You rock!

Finally realized out hot water heater might be failing late one afternoon recently. Cameron Mason and his friendly crew arrived first thing next day to work on the replacement. Their work was top notch, but as luck would have it the new unit had had problems. We were never left hanging and his crew stayed on the problem through multiple technician visits and parts change outs until it was fixed. Great craftsmanship and great service!

Cameron did the call beyond duty with my mom in Mill Valley. He came multiple times to try and fix the problem and was amazing in helping her find someone to fix a problem that was associated with her pool.
He was a real person, really cared and is someone who is not from some big plumbing company that looks at charging by the hour and ripping people off. Cameron is a true legend.

Outstanding. Cameron diagnosed the cause of a leaking pipe (which was getting worse by the moment) in the front yard in 10 minutes. Others wanted to pull up the ground and potentially replace an expensive portion of pipe. Cameron's solution was the quickest, the least expensive (saved me $1K) and accurate. Thanks!

Wow. This is truly the best customer service I have received in a very long time.
Cameron (i think that was his name) came by because all of our showers only got to luke warm in our new house. He diagnosed the ""problem"" in 1 minute, gave us advice on our kitchen faucet, was out the door in 5 minutes and didn't charge us a dime. He was courtious, professional, knowledgable and didn't make us feel stupid for not knowing about child-safe stops on shower handles. Now that is service. I was faithful to another plumber in the area until now. Mason Plumbing gets all my business from now on.

Mr Mason extended his worker's schedule to get my laundry drain cleaned out at 6:45 am next day! Kurt even put the pipes back together that I had taken apart - you couldn't even tell he'd been there! Highly recommended if you want someone local (Fairfax).

Cameron Mason was our plumber on a MAJOR remodel of our house in Larkspur. Despite many twists and turns on a job of this side, he and his staff did an outstanding job. Six months later, two of our toilets we acting up. He came out on short notice and not only fixed them, but gave me a crash course on what to look for, etc. Its hard to find great folks with integrity....these guys are loaded with it! Hire them - they'll do a great job!

Cameron has given me hope for the future of our economy. Same day service on New Year's Eve at an extremely reasonable rate. He literally was here within 20 minutes of my call and delivered spectacular service. I bought a toilet to be installed from Home Depot, who also advertised a $79 special installation. Only problem was it could not be scheduled for two weeks. Not great when you need a toilet installed. Very professional, very courteous, and will be my plumber of choice from here forward.

Called Cameron based on all of the yelp reviews and was more than impressed! My single bathroom finally staged a revolt after the many nights of my daughter's friends ""hanging"" out in our home. Called Cameron early this morning thinking that I would get an answering machine, but WOW, Cameron answered immediately. He arrived literally minutes later and within a few more fixed the upset toilet and replaced a leaky flapper for me. Price was more than reasonable, Cameron was so professional and kind and his service was excellent. After years of searching for ""the one"" Cameron Mason is it.
