I'm writing to show my appreciation for the immediate response and continued support rendered by Cameron Mason and his crew from Mason Plumbing on January 11, 2023.
In the midst of one of our rain storms my sub basement was flooding. I contacted Mason Plumbing for an emergency repair at 4:30pm. Cameron called soon thereafter, found a sump pump, and arrived at my house within 15 minutes. My 2 sump pumps were both inoperative and the water heater had failed from the flooding caused by the rising waters. This timely response saved the basement from further flooding. Cameron returned the next day and replaced the 2nd sump pump and his crew returned the next day to replace the water heater.
The immediate response and follow up by Cameron was above and beyond the call of duty! I would enthusiastically recommend Mason Plumbing without hesitation! He and his crew were professional in every way and in my experience quite out of the ordinary.

We had an emergency as a pipe in the ceiling started leaking. It was so hard to get a plumber to call us back, much less have time to stop the leak.

Mason plumbing was booked out but squeezed us in and did a great job at a fair price.

I called Mason to repair a leaky faucet. A day after they did, I had a cracked sink. Telling this to Cameron his first reaction was to ask if I had dropped something on my sink,,My paperwork shows a small existing crack that silicone was used to fix. At no time during the repair or after was I told that my sink might crack. No apology from Cameron at any point of this process.
Cameron's only solution was that I buy a whole new vanity countertop and sink at my cost. Very reluctantly i got Cameron to look at the damage but not before he said he had 30 years of experience and knew what he was working with. He confirmed only solution was for me to. buy countertop and sink
I am so glad I DID NOT TAKE HIS ADVICE. because he was proven wrong. I found a plumber to successfully just replace my sink at cost thousands of dollars less than if I listened to Cameron.

As good as it gets! Called and left message and then emailed for work to be done. Received a call back the following morning, set up time for estimate that worked within my schedule. Told me if I accepted the estimate (not a high pressure sale's call) it would be ~2 or 3 weeks to begin. The day after his team received the signed estimate, which was very competitive and much less than some other big Marin names, we received a start state. He showed up with his team on-time, we had a pre-implementation walk through. His team completed the job, and did a post-construction walk through guiding me through what they did and was patient and willing with my questions. Subsequently, I had a pipe break, and although he couldn't service that call, he called me back immediately, and gave me 2 references that specialized in emergency plumbing. I find Mason Plumbing, honest, reasonable, and easy to work with.

We have had countless plumbers stop by to address this and that issue and have always been disappointed by their inability to address the most basic things. Mason Plumbing is a notable exception. They were easy to contact and sent one of their guys by within a few hours of our call. Brandon was fantastic...he diagnosed our problems ASAP and fixed them in the spot. They will be my go-to plumber from now on.

This is the most dishonest scamming business I've ever dealt with. I asked them to take a look at my water heater because the pilot light was going out intermittently. They told me they had to get a part to fix it and would be back the next morning. Ben came to put the part in but called another guy for advice. The other guy said the pilot light was going out because it wasn't getting enough air and the burner chamber access needed to be cut larger to allow for that. Without giving me an estimate Ben went to work on the water heater. Twenty minutes later he said it should work for at least another 2 years and gave me a bill for $484.50. A brand new water heater just like mine costs $500 but of course I wasn't told that. Ben wouldn't let me pay with a credit card as advertised on the website because ""it would cost another 3%"". He then had me sign the contract AFTER the work was done. The pilot light assembly (if he actually put a new one in) cost under $50 all over the internet. Ben charged me $194 and $190 in labor for 20 minutes work. Don't use this company. They are a complete ripoff!

The guys that just came out here were horrible. Arrogant. Totally unhelpful.

My mom is in hospice and we needed a faucet fixed. He reluctantly offered to fl the service call saying it was his least favorite thing to do.
