Today temperatures projected to hit a hundreds. It's a long weekend and my AC blew a motor! I called Marz Mechanical Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and Monica got me on the schedule for same day! Within 2 hours Ben and Evan showed up and showed out! They diagnosed the issue, had a part on hand, and fixed it fast.... then they stuck around until it started cooling off and took some air measurements to make sure we were up and running. Everything was done professionally and courteously. They are my go to AC company now!

We took advantage of SRP's annually $29.95 A/C summer service. SRP contracted your company to service our A/C unit. Your company called us the same day to set up the service appointment and even called us when there was a cancellation (just didn't work with our schedule). The company's receptionist was extremely nice in setting up the appointment. The day of the service, I got a courtesy call from the technician providing a ETA of his arrival. Our technician was Ben and arrived in a timely manner. Very professional and knowledgeable in his work. Ben spent about a hour and a half checking the whole A/C unit system. After Ben completed the service, he took his time going through every component that was checked. He even took pictures of the two minor things to keep an eye out for in the future. Ben also informed us of the reasonable prices that the company has to offer to their customers on A/C services and work. I would have signed up for it, but we are currently selling our home. I would HIGHLY recommend your company to family and friends. Ben did a really great job in servicing our A/C unit!

Xavier was really professional and did a great job explaining everything to me. I called for service yesterday and they were out here today taking care of me. They didn't try to upsell me services I don't need which was refreshing. They use an app to notify you when your technician is on his way how long it will be until he arrives. That was really convenient as well. Overall very easy to work with friendly and a pleasant experience. Felt comfortable having them in my home.

My Home Warranty company sent this air condition repair company to my house to repair an air conditioner that was not blowing cold air. The person who came out did not check to see if the line was leaking he just put four tons of freon in it and charged me $210 in addition to the $70 service call I had to pay the Home Warranty company . Because the insurance company doesn't pay for the freon. Everything was fine for a short period of time it worked great for about 4 hours when all freon R22 continued to leaked out. Marz Mechanical.. refused to come back in less than 2weeks and said it needed to be a new service call. Which it was not a new problem it was the exact same problem and he took 220 dollars from me for the wasted freon and he refused to reimburse the money I had wasted. They now said that we had a leak and if I had a leak why didn't they check that before they put more freon in the unit they do not have any response other than we're not coming back we're not refunding your money and now they don't even return phone calls I'm going to insist the Home Warranty company drop them I've never had anyone be so dishonest in my life. They ripped us off because it's 118 degrees outside and what am I going to? They know it's a home warranty so they cheat and lie. I won't let this go till they refund my money they took and did nothing. They Refused a recall. And home warranty company doesn't know what to do with them. Do not let them go unattended if you are forced to use them.
