Marshall plumbing went above and beyond for us when we had a leak in our home. They were fast responsive and reliable. Found the actual leak, fixed it, and cleaned up. Reasonably priced as well. If you are looking for a genuine and honest plumber they are it

$550 to replace the water shutoff on 3 toilets. Ends up breaking 2 toilets internals. Had to beg him to comeback and all I get is.... you should be able to fix that yourself. Wtf? He was here for less than an hour and broke 2/3 of our toilets. Worst service I have experienced. Still working on the toilets. Might be done in 3 more days. Worst company around.

Mike Marshall gave great service at a fair price. Very happy with my water leak repair. Highly recommended!

These guys responded to my call, offered help and advise, and executed the work quickly. Will definitely use them again.

Quick response, and checked everything thoroughly with our plumbing system. I would recommend Marshall Plumbing to anyone looking for great services!

Marshall Plumbing (Trent) has helped us out several times over the last few months with various plumbing issues. They are very professional, technically knowledgeable, reliable, and responsive. We recommend them highly. Laura S.

THEY COST AN ARM AND A LEG! But you don't find that out until they get there... Just want to give you a heads-up about Marshall Plumbing, located in Dawsonville. They came to my place recently and charged me an arm and a leg just to replace a plastic flange in a toilet. Marshall doesn't charge to come out, but they charge $225 just to take the toilet up to see what is wrong. After they took up the toilet, they charged $179 to replace a plastic flange!! The total was $404. Since their repairman was already there and I had to decide immediately, and it is difficult to arrange repair work being here part time, I told him to go ahead and replace the flange. (Otherwise, I'm out $225 just to find out that the flange was broken.) $404 seemed pretty pricey to me to replace a flange, but I didn't realize how pricey until I looked online. Home Advisor stated that the whole job of replacing a flange should cost from $145 to $165. The flanges I saw online cost from $5 to $35, with most of them between $10 and $20. Marshall charged me $179 for a flange they probably buy en masse for $5 or $10. I called Marshall to complain and ask for something off. They offered $25 back, making it around $380, still over twice the average cost. I pushed back but that was the best they would do. Granted, they didn't have to offer anything off, so I appreciate getting something back, but they still made a heck of a lot for a simple job. The last time I needed a plumber for my bathroom was around 12 years ago to install a new toilet. (A plumber's snake has saved a few calls.) The NEW TOILET and installation cost around $250 to $300, which was more than $100 less than Marshall charged just to replace a flange. I figured prices had gone up since then, but I should have done my homework to get an idea. OTOH, I didn't know what the problem was until they examined the toilet, at the cost of $225. I could have bought a new toilet and had it installed for less than Marshall charged just to replace a flange. Marshalls's repairman did the work OK, but I recommend that you shop around and find a better deal - it shouldn't be hard.

Best plumber ever. Quick is an understatement. Reasonably priced to the say least. Mike was sheer awesomeness. He stayed until the job was done even though it was already well past their closing time. I think his exact words were """"I couldn't sleep if a family doesn't have water."""" Wow. Just wow. I have a few other plumbing needs in my house and now I know who I'm going to call for all of them.

The team at Marshall Plumbing are Real professionals! I was favorably impressed with their hard work and the quality finished project. If I need a plumber in the future, that will be my first call!

They did not tell us they would be charging to come look at our water leak problem. When they were done, not only could they not determine where the water was leaking from, but they left us an invoice for $169.00. I wrote them an email today and told them I would not pay it, because I was not informed beforehand there would be any charges, which would have allowed me to make the decision to have them come out or not. They wrote me a very unprofessional email back, basically saying we have bad business practices. Deceitful, name calling and unprofessional. I would not use them.
