Misael M.First time using them. I called them due to their 5 star reviews online and I'm glad I did! Great service and extremely professional! My central AC unit stopped working and they sent someone over the very next day sooner then the scheduled time. (Jacob the Tech showed up at 9am and he was scheduled to show up from 10am-12pm). Jacob got the job done! No run arounds and did not ""recommend"" unnecessary services to charge extra. They even texted me before he showed up to inform me he was on his way and even sent me a picture of Jacob so we knew who to expect and gave us a highlight of his experience. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again! A++

We have had a few issues with a purchased water pressure system and Mark Lindsey was always there to fix the problem until it needed permanent replacement due to faulty of the manufacturer. Jonah our technician came and did a wonderful job installing the new model and re-piping. He was courteous and did the job as quickly as possible. Will recommend for any job!!
Metsedudenj N.The plumbing service is good, but I think a weekend or emergency fee of $175.00 is extreme. When people are desperate, they do not like to be taken advantage of. I had another emergency today, but this time I chose another vendor who didn't charge ""weekend prices""

Mark was referred by my oil vendor, so I called and spoke with Catherine, very nice and professional and had a tech out within an hour. Mike the tech was awesome, followed Covid safety measures, took his time and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Did a great job fixing the problems, very neat and clean. To say I was very satisfied is an understatement. I've had terrible experiences in the past so this was amazing to me. I've found my new HVAC company. Thank you Mark Lindsay and Mike. Andrew Z.Needed furnace service on a Sunday in 25 degree weather. Feared a freezing cold family and an astronomical service bill. Worried for nothing. The HVAC tech, Travis, came by in under an hour, diagnosed the problem immediately and had it fixed fast. The invoice was not scary. Very happy.
Adam S.Stay away from this company. They charged $400.00 to replace a toilet kit and supply line. These parts cost $60.00 at most with 1 hour of labor.

These companies get really big and stop being reasonable. It all becomes how to squeeze the maximum money out of the victim(formerly known as customer)
Joan E.We had a broken outside faucet that was leaking & the inside turn off would not work. I called on a Sunday & we were told it was a $175.00 call charge as it was an emergency call. The tech was nice, but after replacing the piece of pipe & gate valve - the price on the valve was $235 & additional $302 for the outside faucet. A TOTAL RIPOFF. Those parts would cost about $ 35 at any big box store. Will find another plumber for sure.
