Mario was great to work with. He's an excellent communicator, delivered what he promised and went the extra mile to get us through our plumbing emergency.

Background- someone drove their vehicle over our back-flow preventer, snapping off various parts of it and then drove away. I returned home to have no water because the city shut us down due to the 30FT plume of water emanating from the device.

I called Mario based on his positive Yelp reviews and he personally came by to see the damage in under two hours. We discussed options, including moving the cursed device somewhere safer and he provided a written proposal that evening. The price was fair and he was able to complete the replacement and location move the next day, just in time for an extended family visit.

Note- his crew was already busy on existing jobs, so Mario did most of the work himself so he could get the water flowing ASAP. Thank you Mario!

Our toilet's tank kept on running water so I called a few plumbing companies to try to get same day service but none were able to. At 2:45 pm, I called Mario's Plumbing and Drains, they immediately picked up the phone and promised to arrive between 3-5 pm. Manny came on time and tried to troubleshoot for more than an hour, replaced a couple things, but in the end he recommended getting a new toilet. We took on his recommendation, he promised he would be back the next day between 12-2. Sure enough, he came on time, this time with Vidal. They replaced the toilet pretty quickly and cleaned up well. Overall, we're happy with the service. Thank you!

Manny and Mario's Plumbing have come to my rescue more than once. From a burst water line to installing new hot water heaters, the service has always been efficient, and the workmanship top notch. Manny is a pleasure to work with and goes the extra mile to trouble shoot issues and make sure everything is working as it should. I can't recommend them enough!

Very expensive for a relatively simple repair. It was an urgent situation. If I had more time I would have shopped around or fixed it myself. The hardest part probably would be removing some old piping - may be too stuck. Quality seems good. They were quite fast too.

We have used this company twice for our bathroom sinks and toilets. Kevin is so professional and knowledgable. He also immediately noticed an issue with our kitchen sink as I was washing dishes when he came and he took a look. He gave us a quote on it but didn't pressure to book - super appreciated. Got a call immediately after I requested it. Although they couldn't provide quotes on the phone, they were able to send someone out to take a look. The work for snaking the cleanout was professional and seemed reasonably priced. There were some snags that required an inspection camera (there's something weird in the pipes that will require some follow up with my HOA) but appreciate the guys for being friendly and patient through the process.

Mario's Plumbing And Drains have helped us numerous times. They fixed a broken sewer pipe, installed 2 new toilets, and fixed a leak inside our house. The prices are reasonable and they are great to work with. Today Manuel came to the house on time and did a great job installing a new toilet. Won't hesitate to call them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Last night I noticed I wasn't getting any hot water. I went down to the furnace room and saw water all over the floor. The water heater had died. So I woke up this morning and searched for the plumber I used 3 years ago - Mario - called him up and he asked me to send photos of the water heater. Fortunately, he had the right kind on his truck.

Mario and his assistant came by within an hour and did a very clean install of a new water heater. He also did a great job of cleaning up the standing water and mess on the furnace room floor.

After taking an ice cold shower this morning I am really happy he was able to come by this morning and we're back up and running with hot water!

We suspected our water pipe beneath the hardwood floor is leaking and caused the floor pop up. Kevin and Isaac came to our house promptly after the call. They did a thorough inspection and gave honest suggestions. They even waved the inspection fee after finding no place is leaking. They are very honest and professional. Highly recommend!
