Unreasonable price with the same model of faucet sold 3x vs if you buy from lowes. Even labor costs a lot more than other plumbers. Very dissatisfied

Called Sunday night after 3 days of intermittent leaking under my sink.
Called handyman, came & inspected, couldn't find the leak, then another plumber on Saturday who couldn't find the leak, this after 2 mornings finding water all over the floor, and even the wooden floor panels buckling up from all the water !
Franco came out early Monday morning even though Mario said they were heavily booked (now I know why) , found the leak where the faucet handle is connected to the sink, was very courteous, professional and fair, explained it all to me (being in a wheelchair) and was gone within the hour.
Will use your services in the future for sure !

We had problems with our Rinnai tankless not working and showing a code indicating an electrical short. Mario's was very easy to talk to on the phone and sent out Franco within an hour. We were able to get the unit reset just as Franco got here. He looked over the unit and confirmed that it was dry inside and seemed to be working normally. We asked the charge for him to come by and he wouldn't take a fee.

The very quick and courteous response was outstanding. They'll be on the top of our list the next time we need someone out.

Mario was one of the first to reply to my request for help regarding urgent water heater replacement the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Many other equally highly-rated plumbers were unavailable until Monday, which was not going to work for us. He was prompt and professional, had fair pricing and did high-quality work, and reassured me that we'd have hot water by the afternoon. He recommended and supplied a quality brand-new Bradford-White water heater, which is working out really well for us. He is also extremely neat and tidy, protected our floors and belongings, and practiced proper masking and precautions during this COVID pandemic. In addition to being a skilled and licensed professional, Mario is also just a really nice guy trying to build his small business, and we are happy to support him as a local gem in our extended community. We have recommended him to all our neighbors who have since asked for recommendations and we would not hesitate to call him again.

Mario and his team are fabulous I highly recommend them. They are professional, responsive, helpful, efficient, reasonably priced, kind and friendly. They had our kitchen faucet and leaking shut off valve fixed and replaced in no time at all and did an amazing job cleaning up after they were done. They left my kitchen sink area cleaner than they found it
Also, their Covid protocols are outstanding. I felt very safe with them in the house at all times.

We had a completely clogged kitchen sink, the night before Thanksgiving and Mario was the only plumber willing to come out that night and for a reasonable price. He arrived around 10pm and worked until nearly midnight to get our sink unclogged. Mario was extremely safe, clean, and professional. He even cleaned the residue out of our kitchen sink when he was done.
I would highly recommend Mario and will definitely call him the next time I need plumbing services.

Prompt, courteous, efficient. We recommend Mario's highly. The plumber arrived wearing a mask and was respectful of our property by putting on shoe coverings. He fixed our kitchen leak problem quickly and showed honestly by charging us slightly less than the phone estimate. Arrived within two hours of our call, in and out in less than an hour.
