Mario came to my house yesterday and installed a new water heater. I had spoken to him on the phone earlier in the day and he was very knowledgeable and spent time describing the various pros and cons of water heaters. He even offered to come to replace the water heater on the same day. His price was reasonable as I had quotes from others and, given his expertise, responsiveness and good reviews, I decided to go with him. I was very happy with his service - the installation was well-done and Mario gave a good explanation of the service. Excellent job and nice guy!

We called Mario past midnight last Friday night. The faucet attached to your garden hose broke right off the pipe. We had a gushing water leak and had to turn off our water. We were having guests over the next day and really needed running water in the house.

Someone came right away and attached a closed pipe for the time being and completely removed the galvanized portion that had rusted and broken off. We highly recommend this service for emergency repairs.

I reached out around 8:30pm on a Friday evening and Mario happily answered and talked with me about my leaking toilet needing to be resealed. Within 30 minutes he was at my house to provide a free estimate. I was worried my closet flange was too rusted out but he was able to determine it was still workable and didn't need to be replaced. I really appreciate his honesty as another plumber out to make money could have suggested a replacement increasing the cost of service. Needless to say, I'm back up and running and no more toilet leak! If you are looking for someone friendly, easy to talk to, honest, quick to respond and reasonable, Mario is your man. I am so happy that Mario really took the time to thoroughly investigate my issue. I have one room in the house that smells musty no mater what we do - air it out, dehumidify...
I've had leak specialists, contractors and roofers out to look up in the attic and down in the crawl space and no one finds any problem. Then they say ""it doesn't smell that bad."" But my house mate sure notices the smell every day.
Mario narrowed the problem down to a couple of possibilities then did a pressure test to rule out one issue and ran a camera into the pipes to rule out the other issue. So basically - it's not a plumbing issue at all. But that doesn't mean I didn't get an answer. His colleague Bart crawled under the house to double check for leaks and he found an old vent that wasn't removed or closed off. It is allowing the dank air from under the house to come up exactly where we notice the smell.
I'm so happy to have an answer that I can do something about!

Mario is awesome! He is professional, courteous, available right away and most of all knows what he is doing. He fixed a kitchen sink plumbing issue that occurred with the installation of my new refrigerator. He also noticed a problem with the water pressure in my kitchen sink, and cleaned the filter for me. I firstly though there was some flange works which needed a high cost, he visited and frankly told me the flange was still good thus helped me cut the cost. If you take anything away from my post, take this - Mario is honest and highly knowledgable. Mario was able to arrange a service call within a reasonable time frame, my issue was quickly resolved and a detailed explanation was provided. The next time, I won't even bother checking Yelp for reviews. I'll just call Mario.

I highly recommend Mario Garcia for your plumbing needs. He is knowledgeable, dependable, and self motivated. I hired him to pre-test a sewer line for City inspection. He skillfully conducted the treasure hunt and found the line. Mario then went to the City and filed the permits; arranged for the City inspector to come out and observe the sewer test.
