They did a great job. There was another review several years ago about being surprised by the cost. As a result, they were upfront about their rates so there was no surprise about the rate. The work was done quickly and professionally. Great work

I had an emergency plumbing issue over the weekend with my toilet, I called all over to get a plumber out, but no luck! I was skeptical about calling the company because of the negative review they had but I was out of options. I decided to take a chance and call them, and I am so glad I did!! As far as pricing goes, I do not feel they are any more expensive than any other plumber around Baton Rouge. The first thing they did was make sure I was okay with their rates. The plumber was very informative and truly helped us understand the problem. I guess I am writing this review so that people do not think bad of the company for one misunderstanding. I truly feel bad for the company because they were so nice and understanding of my situation and they had the plumber at my house within the hour! I am so glad I did not let the negative review keep me from calling!!

OMG...I was just presented with a $617.67 plumbing bill. Never at any time was there any indication that it would be so much. The serviceman spent a large portion of his time traveling back to pick up a part that was not at his shop...a call would have done the trick. In addition, I have questions about the time that was spent in his truck...no bill takes that long to itemize. I was charged 2 1/2 hours for labor...what labor?? I will never use these people again and can't believe they can still remain in business with this sort of business practices. Shame on them! They don't deserve one star...
