Was notified before showing up for the appointment. Plumber Seth was very curtious, worked diligently to get job done. Was able to hook up the gas to the driers and got them firing again. Thank you Maple Service.

Warning. They came and fixed my sink plumbing but found it was backed up after the initial work was done. They quoted $250 to unplug leak. It took no more then 5 minutes. I would recommend a handy man who charges by the hour rather then using this company. Expensive lesson learned.

I just had a young professional plumber come out to look at a potential leak problem with my toilet, and asked for recommendations. He checked out my toilet, and told me that my floor is soft, and outlined when I needed to have done. I was charged exactly Zero dollars for this service. Since you guys put this in when the home was build (JLF home), I called you first. Glad that I did. Thank you, and when I need something done that you will actually charge me for, you got the job.

The plumber from Maple service arrived on time, I showed him the faucet we needed removed but also asked for an estimate. Without hesitation he quoted"" at minimum 250$ to remove a faucet and acted as if he was doing us a favor. I called my husband while he waited by his truck. When the call was complete, I opened the front door and waved him on. We had someone else come in and within 20 minutes and $60 later our faucet was removed and the new one in place.

This past January, My radiant floor heat was not working. Maple Service (Matt?) came over and looked through my heater, said he knew radiant floors and had one of his own. Said the pump may need replacement and he'd call with an estimate when he got back to work. 1 week later, I still hadn't heard back from Maple Service. Called them, they said, oh, yes! We have you down. We will call you back today. No phone call. Because it was colder in my house than outside, I called another place who came over right away and pointed out the pump issue, plus a large leak behind the water tank. Makes me wonder how thoroughly Maple Service checked out my heater, plus hey never did get back to me. Very disappointing.

Just moved into town about a few weeks ago. I was very leery about finding a new plumber in this area, because my local plumber back from where I used to live was absolutely fantastic. I gave Maples a ring, and the guy on the phone (I think his name was Steven) was absolutely and completely helpful and extremely kind. He seemed like he genuinely cared about what I had to say, which is a welcome change from the other places I called around here before I reached Maples. I have no plumbing problems as of yet, but wanted to make sure I established a connection before something happened. Steven was more than happy to talk to me about their free estimates and making sure I understood everything. I cannot get over how extremely kind and professional Steven was, and just wanted to write this review and say as soon as my plumbing issues start, Maples has a new customer in me.

Great service from start to finish. All work done, evaluation, bid and installation within one week. Tiny glitch with a leak that was fixed within 24 hours. Will go back for next need.

I called Maples Service this morning and wasn't received very well. The man (?), i think who answered the phone did not even greet. He just answered the phone demanding that you hold. On hold for quite a while. Called back and before he would listened to my questions, he started barreling me with questions about my personal information.
I stopped him and told him I had questions I would like for him to answer first.
I first needed to know if they could help me and if they service my area. Turns out they do not service Garberville at all.
I was referred to them by Watson Well and I suggested that he tell them they do not service our area and he laughed at me and said he will.
That was the experience of Maples Service in 5 minutes in a nutshell.

I called Maple Service yesterday afternoon, and the plumber was here at 1:15 PM today, 9/5/2014. We quickly found my water line leak, he provided a very fair estimate, and began the repair process immediately. He discovered that he needed additional equipment, called for it, and two more trucks showed up right away. All three of the plumbers were fantastic, and worked together as a team, completing the job in record time. AND the final charge was $100.00 LESS than the original estimate!!! I could not possibly be happier with Maple Service! What an awesome company!!! THANK YOU!!!

Took the afternoon off work waiting for servicemen. Never showed office, lady who answered phone said oops i have you down the wrong day never offered to send anybody out will never do business with them again
