We're in the middle of a kitchen remodel and made a last minute change that required plumbing assistance and it needed to be quick in order to stay on schedule. Maples sent someone out to check it out within an hour of our call (which wasn't urgent) and then had the work scheduled for first thing the next morning. Our plumber David was on time, professional and got the job done quickly but efficiently. This was our second time issuing Maples and we couldn't be more impressed by their service and professionalism. If you're in need of plumbing work, look no further.

Called in at 2:45, receptionist said they would be here today between 3-5pm. Billy called right before 3PM, and showed about a minute later. (SAME DAY what?)

We had neglected our clogged toilets for a while, but the problem was handled with expert professionalism. We got a straightforward quote for snaking our 1st clogged toilet, which only had that 1 problem. Other bathroom was clogged because of our main line.

Our technician Billy had been to our property previously, and was sure about a 2nd clean out opening I was unaware of. In less than sunny conditions DUG OUT 4/5 inches of soil to find the clean out opening, and a 2nd one as well!

Once that was found our 2nd bathroom toilet was able to be unclogged, as well as the main line. 1x main line snaking. That wouldn't have been able to been done if he hadn't poked around to find the cleanout. Got our quotes totaled and payed up, happy to have my bathrooms working.

Was here for little over an hour and am so grateful for the excellent and courteous service.
I'll be using Maple Service in the future, and will recommend to my family here in Eureka.

My shower would not bring the water up and my husband could not fix it. We had used Maples before so we called. The plumber, Matt, came out and was very professional and efficient. He had to go back to the shop and MAKE a pipe fitting so that it would work and then he came back and attached it. He did all of this in less than an hour, left the place as clean as it was when he got here AND didn't charge me.
We are having a rough week at my house and this was truly what we needed more than anything. Thanks to Matt and the whole crew.

We called Mapleservice first. We were disappointed by Mapleservice first. I guess that's really all there is to the story. We have a net lease, which means that we do our own maintenance on the property, but Mapleservice refused to come and give us an estimate because we are not the owners.

I really had a great experience with Mapleservice! I got a new faucet for my kitchen and I needed it installed, I also had a non-working bathtub faucet that I needed fixed. David from Maples was amazing! He got in and out quick, was pleasant and even super sweet when my 3 year old daughter wanted to tell him about her tablet, haha. He did great work and did it quick. I wish they weren't so expensive, cost me over $200 for these repairs, however the service was so great I would easily pay it again. Thanks guys!

Was notified before showing up for the appointment. Plumber Seth was very curtious, worked diligently to get job done. Was able to hook up the gas to the driers and got them firing again. Thank you Maple Service.

Warning. They came and fixed my sink plumbing but found it was backed up after the initial work was done. They quoted $250 to unplug leak. It took no more then 5 minutes. I would recommend a handy man who charges by the hour rather then using this company. Expensive lesson learned.

I just had a young professional plumber come out to look at a potential leak problem with my toilet, and asked for recommendations. He checked out my toilet, and told me that my floor is soft, and outlined when I needed to have done. I was charged exactly Zero dollars for this service. Since you guys put this in when the home was build (JLF home), I called you first. Glad that I did. Thank you, and when I need something done that you will actually charge me for, you got the job.
