Maple plumbing is the ""use car sales man ""of plumbing. Once you've made the purchase and they have your money their whole attitude changes. They had put a water heater in for me of close to $2000 and which I never had hot water over five minutes. My gas billed doubled due to water heater being turned up on highest setting . I made a call to them to find out what was wrong and spoke with the father. I informed him that he could come whenever he's in the neighborhood and after two months with no response I called him and he said he lost my number. How could you lose a number of a customer that just bought a $2000 water heater. Do they keep no records once you purchase something. So we scheduled an appointment for him to come out and he was a no-show. He came out a week later And said it was a cartridge in the shower area and not The fixture connected to the water. Darren came out once the part was available and quoted me $240. I felt it was a hunch because he had not examined anything and thought that was high ,Darren then said well I am here what do you feel comfortable with I said 150 and he raised his voice very loudly at me and said my price is not negotiable? He just asked me what I felt was fair ,after Darren Left my young grandson asked me if I was sad , I think he sensed Darren's hostility towards me . My son changed the part in less then 10 minutes for 40 and it was just as I thought ( not the problem) . So glad I didn't pay the 240 for 10 minutes. I told both Darren and his father that I believe it had clogged up from my previous water heater and they were aware of this problem but did not really know how to deal with it , the next day I called a different plumbing company and the plumber showed up with the tools and parts ,he knew exactly what was wrong just by me relating to the office booking woman. I was Polite and patient with both Darren and his father and don't understand how they treat single women as poorly as they do or any customers for that matter . Only interested in collecting money and not solving the problem. Poor Poor service and not knowledgeable once a problem arises . Turns out it was the fixture that the father told me it was not .

I'm saddened by this as I thought a father son family business would be a hon choice

John from Maples Plumbing did a great job fixing my broken toilet and leaky faucet. He was on time and knowledgeable. He even ran out to Home Depot to get parts without needing to reschedule. Great stand up company that's not out to take your money. I will definitely use them again!

Although I had to go through our Home Warranty Company, whom are a pain to work with, Maples Plumbing was a refreshing, local company to work with for this job.

Our garbage disposal totally failed and was pouring water out into our cabinets, whether it was turned on or not. It's 9 lives were up!

Scheduling our job with Mike was quick and easy.

Within a day, John and his co-worker came out to replace our completely failed garbage disposal.

John called me when he was on the way and showed up right as advertised. They were both very professional and courteous; a definite pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable as I was asking questions.

Let's talk about efficiency...These two guys were in and out of our home in 19 minutes, yes 19 MINUTES! WOW!

If I could give this company a zero rating I would. I had an urgent repair that required us to shut off the water. I called and left a message and 3 days later I still haven't received a call back. If you need a reliable, professional company, call someone else!

One of the best experiences with a tradesman in years. Mike, called earlier than expected after dispatch on home warranty call (contract allows for 48 hours during normal business, they called within about 18 hours of dispatch). Jon, arrived promptly, actually a bit early which worked wonderfully for my schedule. Put booties on his shoes at the threshold every time he entered my home. Diagnosed the problem efficiently and professionally. Obtained parts promptly and returned to the job without delay. Fixed the problem for which the company was dispatched. Identified a problem that we had been trying to diagnose since a few months after we bought the house, proposed a solution at a reasonable cost and promptly fixed that problem also. Wow! We are happy customers, recommend them without hesitation, and will use them in the future.
