My two year old Toto toilet started screaming while the tank was refilling. Consulting with Google & YouTube explained the fill valve was the likely culprit, fixing or replacing would involve getting on my artificial knee. That was not going to happen! Maples Plumbing, right here in Lincoln, had the best reviews in the area. Mike answered the phone, worked me in the same day, and arrived wearing his face mask, stopped just outside the front door to put on his surgical booties. Mike tried a standard Fluidmaster fill valve; it wouldn't fill the tank. He headed to Home Depot, no Toto brand fill valve, he tried the ""universal"" Fluidmaster, wouldn't fill the tank. Since I already had shopped at Amazon for the Toto fill valve, I suggested I order the valve (the Toto part # is on the underside of the tank lid) and call him when it arrives. Mike was flexible, returned the same day I called, had the new valve installed & working in short order. Mike was quick, knowledgeable, clean and flexible; I will call them for the next plumbing issue.

I moved to Lincoln in June 2019. Right away I had plumbing issues that needed fixing. Maples Plumbing helped me quickly each time: connected shower drain to drain pipe under house, added gas pipe for dryer, installed a pressure regulator (no complaints about digging a deep hole for it), replaced the shower mixer, to name a few. Each time I call, Mr. Maples is polite, friendly, and quick to respond to my needs especially if it is urgent. They get the job done quickly at reasonable prices. They are my go-to plumbers. I recommend them without reservation.

Such a professional and personal experience! Mr Maples and his team are experts. Very efficient, friendly, and quick! I had a 12 yr old toilet that kept clogging, even after Mr Maples snaked it. Based on his recommendation, the toilet and interior line was replace within 2 days and we haven't had an issue since. Billing was easy & affordable. Would highly recommend Maples Plumbing... I will be using them again to replace the toilet in my 2nd bathroom soon.
