Although I had to go through our Home Warranty Company, whom are a pain to work with, Maples Plumbing was a refreshing, local company to work with for this job.

Our garbage disposal totally failed and was pouring water out into our cabinets, whether it was turned on or not. It's 9 lives were up!

Scheduling our job with Mike was quick and easy.

Within a day, John and his co-worker came out to replace our completely failed garbage disposal.

John called me when he was on the way and showed up right as advertised. They were both very professional and courteous; a definite pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable as I was asking questions.

Let's talk about efficiency...These two guys were in and out of our home in 19 minutes, yes 19 MINUTES! WOW!

If I could give this company a zero rating I would. I had an urgent repair that required us to shut off the water. I called and left a message and 3 days later I still haven't received a call back. If you need a reliable, professional company, call someone else!

One of the best experiences with a tradesman in years. Mike, called earlier than expected after dispatch on home warranty call (contract allows for 48 hours during normal business, they called within about 18 hours of dispatch). Jon, arrived promptly, actually a bit early which worked wonderfully for my schedule. Put booties on his shoes at the threshold every time he entered my home. Diagnosed the problem efficiently and professionally. Obtained parts promptly and returned to the job without delay. Fixed the problem for which the company was dispatched. Identified a problem that we had been trying to diagnose since a few months after we bought the house, proposed a solution at a reasonable cost and promptly fixed that problem also. Wow! We are happy customers, recommend them without hesitation, and will use them in the future.

Water heater issue. I phoned them in the morning (11:20am), but no answer. Couldn't leave a message because their voicemail was ""full"" (BTW, this is also their ""emergency"" number). So I got on their website and sent a message/email. It's now 8pm, and still haven't heard from them. Don't waste your time with these folk - they obviously don't need my business (or yours).
