Manny was very responsive--tonight our Takagi tankless water heater stopped functioning and we were very desperate to find someone who could help. Manny responded to our call on a Sunday evening and and was able to successfully troubleshoot the problem over the phone for me. I am not particularly handy, and he was able to walk me patiently through everything, step by step and help me to resolve the problem. I became the hero of the family--for at least one evening. Thanks Manny--you are first on my list for any Takagi water heater issues.

Let me start of by saying my water heater takes a dump on Friday (of all days) at about 2pm. I phoned Sears and a few local plumbers who right off the bat said they'd need to schedule an appt. to evaluate the situation then schedule another appt to come back for the repair/installation. Then I come across the referral to Manny's Plumbing.
1. he answered the phone not a dispatch center.
2. he asked a few simple questions that helped diagnosis the problem. ( I have had prior experience with water heaters so I suspected it needed to be replaced.)
3. asked for 2 simple measurements (which can be challenging)

He gave me a quote that was comparable to the others that I had phoned that day AND wait for it........ said he could be to my house with water heater in tow by 5pm SAME DAY!!!!!.

Manny shows up at the expected time. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable and took away the old water heater and all the debris with it. I replaced water heater in 2015, and what a headache, no hot water for 5 days, YIKES.

So in conclusion I would recommend Manny's Plumbing. Fast, professional and competitive pricing

DO NOT hire Manny and his company! They charged my family $3,000 to come look into the routing of our water heater back in October 2017. He specifically told us that he would come back if there are any issues and he'd look into it for free. Fast forward 2 months and we're having the same issues he came to fix. We called him and he refuses to come look at the problem unless we pay him more money. Furthermore, his attitude is terrible. He was condescending and spoke to me like I'm stupid. Trust me, your money will be better spent elsewhere. Customer service is super important so choose a guy you can ACTUALLY trust.

Manny was very knowledgeable and helpful. I called him Monday and he came over Wednesday. He gave me an estimate and completed the job the same day! He extended a gas line and replaced the flex line for the dryer. It only took him 30 mins. He also told me to vacuum all the lint out the dryer vent tube to prevent a fire and how to flush my water heater. Would definitely call him again for my plumbing problems.

I should also mention he charged me $550 for a job that took him about 30 mins.

We had an issue with a clogged sink drain that backed up. I tried calling other plumbers but none could come out or just didn't answer. Manny was here the same morning I called. He was able to fix it and explain how to redue the scaling buildup that cause the clog.

My husband and I were so impressed with him that we decided to hire him for another job. Out hot water heaters needed replacements. We opted to go with tankless water heaters. Luckily Manny is also a licensed general contractor so he was able to run the electrical that was needed in additon to the installation.

My kids loved seeing Uncle Manny and took to him right away. He is very personable which is always nice when you have someone in your home a few days.

My Fiance called Manny early Sunday morning because our current water heater was leaking. We had no idea what to expect. Manny showed up bright and early right at 9am and took a look at the water heater. The water heater was done and needed to be replaced. He walked me through the options and hooked us up with a brand new water heater an hour later. Manny was on time, very friendly and did things right. He is the guy to call!
