Late review. Manny fixed my clogged main sewage line. Long story short...apparently, he didn't have one of his tools. He went back home and returned to finish the job. Its not easy to drive to my place. Its in the back area of Pacifica. He hadnt started the job, but came back to complete it. that was very cool. He said a happy customer was worth it for him.

I can't remember the price but was reasonable.

One ""complaint""...he talked a lot. Not sure if it was because we hit it off well, or if its his friendly demeanor. But I wanted him to leave after a while. Hah. He's alright. Give him a try. I think you'll be satisfied.

Manny was great . He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained what the issue was. He was very friendly and took his time to help us understand our options. Manny was very efficient in solving the issue. We had to have a clean up crew, which Manny referred. They came within 90 minutes to clean up the plumbing leakage.
His service and rates are great as he's the owner of the company. I highly recommend Manny for any plumbing endeavors.

After a nice dinner, my mom, daughter and I were planning to hit the mall to walk off the fish tacos we had. We headed down to the garage, but to our dismay, water had come up from the floor drain. My hubby and mom were trying to figure out where the water was coming from, and after some detective work, figured out that the backup was caused from the kitchen sink. Hubby and friend tried to snake the pipe themselves, but could only do so much. We yelped for an emergency plumber, and Manny's Plumbing was at the top of the list. Hubby called the next morning, and Manny said he could come over between 4-6pm to take a look.

Manny fixed the problem within an hour and gave some advice on how to keep our pipes clean. He's super friendly and personable. Gave some other helpful recommendations to the hubby and even waved and cheesed at my almost-1yr old daughter who was looking out the window for her dad.

Manny did it again! Great job installing new faucet in the kitchen and fixed several leaks. Gave me a fair price and made everything work like new! I am thrilled with my new kitchen faucets and garbage disposal. Will most definitely hire Manny again for more planned plumbing upgrades in the bathroom. Manny is knowledgeable, fair and explains how things work. He also detected a potential electrical problem that we will get fixed immediately. His expert work found a potential fire hazard I had no idea existed. Thank you Manny!

The first time I contacted Manny was purely based on ""pick one"" out of the yellow pages & hope for the best. He came right out within an hour on a Sunday & repaired my shower faucet & some pipes associated with it.
I asked him about my toilet which never flushed very well & I hated it. He recommended a certain brand guaranteed to flush and so he went & picked up the toilet & installed it right then! It is the best flushing low flow toilet I've ever had!
On the same day he also helped me with another longstanding problem re a new window needing to be installed. He made a call and before the end of the day it also was installed and looked beautiful. So, one call & 3 problems were fixed on the same day. Perfect!

Called Manny to do a repair in the master bath.
We weren't expecting him to be able to show up that week much less that day. He finished the job quickly and for a reasonable price and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely reccomend him to anyone who asked

Manny is a real pro. He's also the guy you want to go to if you need help with a tankless water heater - those skills are in VERY short supply in the Bay Area. After calling multiple plumbers, none of which could help with my problem, he came over the same day and replaced the PCB on my heater and also was very patient as a I dealt with the morons at the manufacturer. The cherry on top was the free advice he gave me on managing the system going forward. I will definitely use him again for any issues I have.

Manny was able to squeeze us into his schedule, even though it wasn't a huge job. He was friendly, funny, explained what he was doing and why, and completed the job in a timely manner. He uses quality materials and does good work. I recommend him!
