The thermostat on the water heater at the restaurant that I manage broke the other day. I called Manny for an estimate and he was very quick with his response. Not only that, he was very patient with me all day as I continued to call him back with questions about different possible solutions. He was very thorough and precise with his answers. And he had the lowest bids by far! We ended up fixing the heater ourselves, but he has definitely been added to our Rolodex as our plumber!

Manny is well educated and a no nonsense plumber who will take care of your plumbing needs. He helped explain to me how to maintain my tankless water heater and explained how mechanisms worked within it.

Manny came ASAP when our Takagi tankless water heater stopped running hot water. Thankfully, he is a certified by Takagi to install and fix Takagi water heaters so he knew right away what was happening. He was able to install an isolation unit in order to descale it and it is back in working order! Thank you for your promptness, attention to detail, and fair pricing. Both my shower and bath tub drains clogged at night and Manny came to fix the issue the next morning. He even showed up 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Both drains were unclogged within 5 minutes at a very reasonable price. He also provided me with some helpful tips on how to prevent the same problem from happening again. Thank you, Manny!

I am very conflicted about Manny. His work is good. I think for a specific problem like a clog he'd be great. But we hired him to do a very big job, replacing all of our pipes to copper, and I think it was too big a job for him. We started June 30 and it was finally concluded August 12. His estimate was 15-20 grand and it ended up 28 PLUS additional 2500 for new water heater which he said we needed. We never knew when he was going to show up, or when he was going to be done. So bottom line, it was a long, painful, and expensive experience for us.

Thank you, Manny, for fixing the leaky bathtub pipe. We had a tough job as the pipe installation was really old but Manny patiently fixed it for us.
