Since 1990, I have worked in plumbing.
I’ve gained experience with numerous plumbing firms.
A specific mentor taught me a lot.
He showed me how to identify and solve problems and communicate the necessary work clearly to clients.
I make it a point to be on time and leave my workspace clean.
I am a solo operator, so I personally manage every job.
When you call, you talk to me (Manny), and I handle the plumbing.
This means you receive quality service every time, with no exceptions.
If you have issues with the service or pricing, I’m the one to talk to.
I served in the U.S. Military for four years during the first Desert Storm.
I went through HVAC school, focusing on heating, air conditioning, and plumbing.
All work will be performed by me.
When you reach out, a receptionist will take your call and connect you with a skilled plumber.
I’ll be the one answering all your inquiries as the plumber.

May M.Manny is professional and work very fast. His price is also in the range with the market. He came out with in the hour and completed the work with in 2 hrs. Highly recommended!
Manny did a great job replacing my water heater. The price was reasonable and he was in and out of here.
Manny came to our rescue when the sump pump on the lower level failed. He gave us an estimate to take it apart and troubleshoot. Ended up having to replace the pump which I feared would be an all-day job considering he had to empty what is essentially an indoor septic tank located in the crawl space of the house. He was fast and efficient-- job was done in a few hours, a new pump in place and running smoothly! Cost was within his original
estimate range.
ana g.My kitchen required a new faucet and garbage disposal. I had called another company, according to their website 24/7. It took them 3 days to call back and this was just to get a quote.
I found Manny's plumbing thru Google search and scheduled a time for a quote. He came looked at it and immediately determined a problem with the original drain. Got a quote, he came a fixed it on 1213/16. I had running water, dishwasher and garbage disposal working. He fixed the original pipe, that apparently the original contractor had it incorrectly.
He is very knowledgeable in his craft.
kristina r.Manny is a life saver! Our water heater broke and he came out at 6pm on a Saturday to fix it. When it turned out there was a larger problem than we thought, he came back on Monday to replace the whole thing. Again at 6pm after a full day of work. This guy is hard working, fast, and knows what he's doing. He even made calls to the manufacturer and wholesalers for us and picked up all the parts so we didn't have to do anything! AND he took away the old water heater for us. He was also super responsive, always answered our calls and called back quickly. If it wasn't for him, I'm sure we still wouldn't have hot water and we probably would have spent way more money than needed. Thank you Manny!
Manny is a consummate professional and does tremendous work. With our water heater out, PG&E being no help, and an infant baby who loves hot baths, we were desperate. After calling 6 other plumbers who were unwilling to serve us immediately, we got ahold of Manny, and what luck we had!
He came after hours (7pm) and tried to fix the water heater with new parts. When that didn't work, he worked and got in touch with the manufacturer to get us a brand new heater under warranty, and charged us an incredibly reasonable price for labor and installation.
Do yourself a favor and call him when you need a plumber.
Wesley K.I called Manny's Plumbing & Rooters to set up an issue for my rental property. I live away far away and needed to communicate between my tenant and Manny to set up the appointment. So I wasn't physically there to deal with Manny, if I was there I wouldn't have gone through with him. My rental property had a ceiling downstairs that you can visibly tell had water coming through and I needed him to fix the issue before it became a bigger issue. He was going to charge and I mean overcharge (BIG RED FLAG) just to cut into the ceiling and take a look at what could be the issue. I gave him the go ahead in order to come look at the damage so I can fix it and forget it.
He arrived and diagnosed that the upstairs toilet was installed incorrectly and leaking from the wax seal. Once again an overcharge in order to correct the issue. In the essence of saving time, I gave him the OK to correct the problem. He did his maintenance and checked his work on the toilet. Told me to keep the hole open in order to air out the ceiling before having the dry wall repaired. As far as payment my tenant was going to pay him and asked him to come back later that night. He agreed and when he showed up to collect his payment there was a slight delay on my tenants part. Her daughter was 15 minutes late and he called me already complaining, his tone was on the verge of being unprofessional. I gave him the option to wait or I can have someone drop it off to him the next day and he decided to wait.
A week later came time to repair the drywall. My tenant noticed that the ceiling was wet meaning there was still a leak somewhere. I called Manny and this was where it went from bad to worse. Keep in mind this whole conversation he was just YELLING AT ME. I kept calm, cool, and collective. I told him of the situation and he made excuses that the way the tenants could have been showering is causing water to spill under the toilet. At that point I asked why he never put sealant around the base of the toilet and his excuse was that it was wet. He had flushed the toilet multiple times and noticed no leak while he was there. I asked him to come and double check his work, but he said he did that while he was there, so then you should fully be confident with your work. Now the issue is where is this leak then? He was still yelling at me and said if he had to come back out he will look at his work (the toilet) and fix any issue with it, but anything else he will charge to troubleshoot. My problem with that was why didn't you troubleshoot correctly the first time? Wouldn't you look at all the possible causes in the immediate area. I'm not asking you to go to the kitchen sink on the other side of the house to see if that is causing the leak. Apparently, that is not how Manny does business. He saw one issue and thought that was the cause of the leak so he overcharged to fix it. Never mind that anything else nearby can cause this problem. I'm not even upset that he overcharged to do sub standard work. So I asked him to only look at his work and his work only. I'm not going to pay for him to look at other things he should have looked at in the first place. I really don't feel like being nickel and dimed for shoddy maintenance and troubleshooting. Honestly, I really don't even feel like having him come. He asked for the address and that he'll take a look at it then hung up. I texted to him, but honestly I'm not even sure I want to deal with this degree of difficulty.
His professionalism is non existent. He has excuses for everything. His poor workmanship is a direct reflection of his character. I believe I am firm, fair, and flexible. My line of work, people requires attention to detail and can cause not just money, but lives. So my standard may be a little high, but I know that Manny is just setting his bar low.
I had a plumber stop by and check where the leak was coming from. It was still leaking from the toilet that Manny supposedly had fix. So basically I paid for nothing.
Enya B.I contacted Manny's Plumbing & Rooters Service to fix my clogged shower drain. Manny came the next day and was able to fix the clogged drain! He was informative and pricing was fair for a job well done! I would recommend Manny's Plumbing Service for his extensive experience and great service!
Kerry D.Manny is great! Trustworthy, straight to the point, and a nice guy. He came out to fix our water heater, was the lowest quote, and will also be fixing the plumbing under our kitchen sink. If you need a plumber, go with Manny!
Lawrence L.Manny truly deserves all the 5-star review on Yelp. I called Manny regarding a water heater late afternoon and he came next morning to inspect. He explained what he was going to do and got right to it. He is knowledgable and generous in sharing tips on this particular water heater we have.
He verified that the water heater should be replaced. Fortunately, it is still under warranty and Manny could pick one up to replace the next day, which was a Saturday. Nonetheless, Manny showed up early Saturday morning as promised and replaced the thing within an hour.
Throughout this entire process, Manny was always pleasant; chatting and working at the same time. It felt like having a friend giving me some plumbing help. After the job was done, Manny asked several times to make sure I am completely satisfied with the work.
Great service, reasonable rate, easygoing personality; Manny is awesome!
