Like others here, Manny was referred by Baron of Excalibur. Manny showed up, quickly got to work and replaced our old leaking water heater with a new 50 gallon beast. No more hot water issues for this house.

I actually was referred to Manny by Baron S. and it was for a water heater issue. I just needed to find someone asap to fix our water heater and Baron was booked for a day or two. Back to Manny, he showed up early which was great! He didn't just come in and do the repair, he took the time to explain to us what happened and what steps it would take to fix it. Even explained to us how to get the most out of our water heater.

Best plumber in the bay area. We had a tub stopped up with house guests coming over. Manny came over on a Saturday and fixed us up in no time. He even came early. He fixed it in no time and cut us a break on the price instead of charging us the full emergency fee that most other outfits charge.

His service and rates are great because he's the owner of the company. I highly recommend Manny for any plumbing endeavors.

Manny has worked for us on several projects over the years (plumbing, electrical, water, heating), and I have always known him to be professional, always on-time, and always fair in his prices--and if you have a smile on your face when he arrives (think, oh, I don't know ... over-flowing, clogged-up drain, or stopped-up water-heater), he throws the jokes in for free; if not (meaning, no smile), he'll walk you through it ... with a smile.

Why don't people love what they do anymore? Manny does.

Manny came to my rescue on a Saturday night and fixed my garbage disposal. My dishwasher was full of water and my apt complex maintenance crew wanted me to wait until Monday. He fixed it, otherwise I would have had no kitchen sink until Monday. Super nice and super good looking guy!!!!
