I called Mallick based on reviews I had read and I appreciate that they are not a huge franchise plumbing company. Frank came out, did some diagnostics, and repaired the problem. Or so we had thought! Then they came back out to re-assess and figure out the problem. Ultimately I can say that they are dedicated to determining the problem and if they do not, they are dedicated to making sure you are 100% satisfied with their service. Love them -- and for sure will be hiring them again!

Terrific. I bought a condo that had recently been renovated. Was surprised to be greeted my first morning here with only lukewarm water in the shower. Called two other plumbers first -- one ignored me, and the other couldn't get to me soon enough. Mallick was able to schedule me quickly, and quoted their rates up front. Before the plumber began work, he double checked to be sure I knew their rates. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and I no longer feel like I'm camping in my own home.

My sense is they're not the cheapest around, but frankly I would have paid them just about anything to have a hot shower. I'll use them again if I have need for another plumbing repair.

I called and ask if they do work in condominiums. They say YES.
I then explain what do I need: converting a tub into a shower and add a sink, and ask if they do this type of work. They say yes as long as I have a contractor doing all the ""non plumbing part"" which I have.
I set up an appointment. The plumber comes. He is courteous, professional and knowledgable. He tells me what I have to do and to call him back when the contractor has completed the preparatory work.
He calls me 1 hr later to tell me that ""they"" have told him that they don't do ANY LONGER remodeling.
Why didn't they tell me so in the first place and avoid wasting time, my time as well. Very disappointing. One star for the kind employee who came.

I called to have my water heater replace. It was 20 years old and was leaking from one of the valves. I called Mallick based off all the great Yelp reviews (thank you fellow Yelpers). I worked with Mike and Connor. They did a wonderful job in Installing my water heater. They made recommendations but no pressure.

Educating the Customer :::::::
They also took the time to explain such as ;
* My old water heater vs the new water heater
* The labeled everything and explained the labels
* How to bleeding the pipes so in the winter there are no issues and
* What do in case I need to turn off the water
This rarely happens that someone takes the time to make sure you are better informed and put you at ease. This was really important to me. Before calling them my basement area was gushing out water and it took me a couple of stressful minutes to find the shut off valve. I could not remember which valve was which.

I would definitely recommend and use Mallick again. I really appreciate their timeliness, educating the customer and how professional they were.

Very happy I went with Mallick Plumbing for my small service needs. My toilet fill valve was leaking and I needed a new water Supply Line. Mike S was a very polite and knowledgeable plumber and he was in and out within 35 minutes. Very easy to schedule and work with. Will be using them again in the future.

I had a water leak in the ceiling of my kitchen, below the washing machine upstairs. Called Mallick and Dale came out within 90 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem, which was the washer and its pan, not the plumbing. Dale spent the time to explain the issue and how to proceed. Also looked at my water heater and pipes in the basement and recommended upkeep in the future, but was not trying to sell me on anything - just provide good homeowner advice. It was appreciated.

Amazing service and great price! Tyler was so nice and so professional. We had a bad shower leak yesterday, left a message last night on their phone and they called me right back st 7am this morning. I had a pin hole leak in my hot water heater. I called Mallick and Frank R. arrived quickly after I called. He fixed it amazingly fast, knowing it was emergency service. Frank is very knowledgeable and noted another pipe that was corroded and in danger of bursting. I already have an appointment for Frank to return for regular service.

We called Mallick Plumbing to help us with a pinhole pipe leak we had in our basement, that had started to turn into a spray (before I temporarily slowed it down with emergency duct tape).
They explained on the phone it sounded like it could be a quick fix, since we caught the leak early. The technicians who arrived replaced just a small section with thicker grade copper pipe, two coupling links, and soldered it together very professionally, all in a matter of about a half hour. They also performed a helpful complimentary water test, and walked around with us to all the other areas of piping in our basement to observe if there were any other areas we needed to be concerned with proactively. Everything else in our basement checked out fine; and we were very pleased to get the professional and honest consultation we received.
We have hired them two other times previously, for toilet leaks, and have been completely pleased with their service and professional repair in every situation.
