Lifesaver!! Kaleo immediately responded to my text at 10pm. Of course, toilet overflows on a week night. We contemplated waiting until morning, but how do we get ready for school and work without being able to use the bathrooms?!! He was over shortly and got our pipes cleaned out. Where to start? We've been customers for about 5-6 years and while Nelson ran the business we had no problems at all. Unfortunately, his grandson seems to have taken over and the business has taken a nosedive. Although Nelson comes along for service calls to help teach him the ropes, the work is shoddy. When we call for a follow up (because the original job wasn't done properly) they keep charging us anew. The final straw? We had a leaky toilet fixed less than 6 months ago. It's leaking again so we called...and called....and called. Each time we left a msg with someone or on the machine and no one has called back. So don't bother wasting your time with this plumbing service - your money is better spent elsewhere.

Recently had a plumbing emergency and contacted Kaleo at Malama at 6:30 p.m. when a couple other companies couldn't send anyone until the next day. He arrived within the hour as promised. They were so professional and kind. They quickly accessed my issue, and went above and beyond and stayed well into the late hours of the evening to clear my line even when it proved to be extremely challenging. Knowledgeable, hardworking, and more than fair/reasonable rates. I highly recommend Malama Drains, and will definitely call them next time I need any kind of plumbing services!

A same day appointment was setup and they arrived exactly when they said they were going to. Staff: A very honest father and son team that worked very hard to diagnose a difficult problem that I had.
