Especially with ALL your New Years Eve Family Celebrations going on and you still made it over to save Us! We feel SO Blessed to have found you guys under such extreme circumstances! Thank you for helping us clear our drains when they overflowed from both toilets and showers! What a nightmare it was especially on New Years but You came so quickly and stuck with us about 2 hrs and you and your son worked so hard to successfully clear our stubbborn and Very Old drains!!....Snaking from our rooftop (In the DARK&STRONG WINDS) to the street drain and to our Shed (along with ALL the noise and debris from the Fireworks)!!! Thank you for Not giving up on it and working so hard to clear it all!! Although it was such a stressful situation, we are so happy to have found you and your son so TRUSTWORTHY, RELIABLE&PROFESSIONAL!....And!!...REASONABLY PRICED!!...Moreso than other Big Name Plummer's we have used before with huge overpriced charges!! Our shower drain was draining extremely slow (albeit due to a kids toy that went down the shower drain) and unfortunately, completely stopped working at the most inopportune time. I yelped for an emergency plumber and came across this listing. We called and Kaleo said he would be able to come out within the hour...on a Sunday night, last minute? AWESOME! He made it to our place as promised, but unfortunately due to an accident on our road, he had to park a couple of lanes away and walk in with his equipment. He came with his son and both tackled the drain issue and were able to clear the blockage after about an hour or so. We are so thankful for Kaleo and his son - awesome service, professional and friendly. They not only came out after-hours in an emergency type situation, but they walked a couple of lanes in with equipment and with no complaints. Beyond the business, it's admirable to see a father and son working together, teaching, training, and coaching. They were fast, efficient, and determined to get our drain fixed. Their pricing was standard for emergency/after-hours, but we gave a little more because they were worth it. We will definitely be calling them back for any plumbing/drain situation. My drain was backing up from my downstairs shower. Kaleo was able to fix the problem in less than 2 hours. Which included removing a toilet and pulling out roots from the drain. He was very reasonable and friendly. He was very trustworthy and I would refer him to other family members and friends. That night that I called Kaleo, he was going to come out at 11pm. I told him it could wait to the next day. He was very prompt.

We had an emergency where the sewer backed up at 11pm into the bathroom, these guys showed up within the hour to help! They worked two hours, then came back the following morning and worked the entire day digging clear the affected section of pipe. Awesome company! I recommend installing a flip valve sewer relief cap outside your house so you can save the headache of cleaning your bathroom floor or worse.

Kaleo's now our go-to plumber!!! We had a severe shower/sink/toilet blockage we couldn't resolve on our own. We called Kaleo at 7am and he promptly returned our call at 940am. He was professional and attentive while trying to initially assess and diagnosis our drain issue over the phone. He was very flexible to our changing schedule and arrived right on time that afternoon. After further assessment of our issue in-person, he explained what he would do to attempt to clear the major blockage. Within 1 hour he was able to dislodge the major blockage with professional, heavy duty equipment, and his adept expertise. We'd easily give him 5 stars if he were a little cheaper.... But we know good plumbers are hard to come by. We are EXTREMELY satisfied with his service and plan to recommend him to family, friends,and colleagues.

Under new ownership from a family member. ***** Five Star***** We had a nightmare of a drain clog @ 9pm at night. I called this # only to find out that a person Kaleo had taken over this business in the past 3 years from a family member. He responded right away. At our house by 920pm. Kaleo gave us a price, the started to work. He started with the front toilet & could not find it, he then went through the sink & it still was not deep enough. He finally went through the roof breather & unclogged our home. He was more than fair on pricing. Determined enough to keep going until he found it. We had to give him more than he asked for because he was that amazing! On the windward side, call Nelson's & ask for Kaleo.
