We had an emergency on Saturday night--toilet overflowing, tub filling up with sewage. Nobody else we called would come out. Kaleo and his son came out, diagnosed the problem, and had it all cleaned out within 45 minutes. Charged much less than a leading big-name plumbing company that came out and did the same thing several months ago. He also actually came into the house and looked at the problem, which the other company didn't do. Malama seemed more knowledgeable and also told us a simple solution to cover an exposed drain in the yard, which the other company also failed to do. Definitely saving their number and recommending to friends!

We needed an emergency situation on a Sunday cause one of our vacation rentals had 2 toilets back up. Kaleo went personally down their and took care of the problem. This past Saturday night our shower backed up while we had guests staying and we needed our sewages pipes unblocked, immediately. Kaleo and his son rushed over and worked so hard to save us from a terrible and disgusting situation. It was complicated and they diagnosed and solved the problem quickly. They are great guys and communication with them is excellent, they taught me a lot about plumbing! They do high quality work that you you don't usually see and their prices are extremely fair. We are so fortunate to have found them, they totally saved us, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for all you plumbing needs!

Kaleo to the rescue! Repeat customer, second time he came to get me out of bad situation. Night before, raw sewage was coming up and out of the shower drain like a horror movie. Family had to go Safeway to use their toilet. I left message with Kaleo, and first thing in the morning he was able to come by, and snake out the drain monster. Recently had a plumbing emergency and contacted Kaleo at Malama at 6:30 p.m. when a couple other companies couldn't send anyone until the next day. He arrived within the hour as promised. They were so professional and kind. They quickly accessed my issue, and went above and beyond and stayed well into the late hours of the evening to clear my line even when it proved to be extremely challenging. Lifesaver!! Kaleo immediately responded to my text at 10pm. Of course, toilet overflows on a week night. We contemplated waiting until morning, but how do we get ready for school and work without being able to use the bathrooms?!! He was over shortly and got our pipes cleaned out.
