My water main pipe had a leak and Mako came out and gave me an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable, so I hired them for this job.
They were on time kept me informed of everything they were going to do and they finish the job ahead of schedule.
Jimmy and his crew are a reliable.
I would definitely hire them again for any plumbing work.

I have been taken advantage many times in the beginning of my home ownership to the point were I dread calling companies out to the house.... but these guys were reliable, quick to respond, and a good value for quality work

Edit: Adding a star on account that Jimmy reached out to personally apologize which I appreciated.

I didn't plan on leaving a review but here I am. I called Jimmy to see if he could help me install a water softener. He was pretty busy at the time and asked me to leave a text message with details, and that he'd get back to me a few days later. I waited and assume he'd forgotten, and not to my surprise he did. He then again said he'd call me back but nothing, a couple of weeks pass and I made a call to Jimmy again. Rehashed some details and he quickly remembered who I was. I was low key expecting an apology or any sense that he felt bad about letting so much time pass, but again, nothing. That said, we ended up not having him come give me an estimate until the following week due to how ""slammed"" he was. Similar to another review I left, I'm sure Jimmy does good work, but trying to get him to come to my home to provide an estimate was brutal.

I called Mako to have my storm drains flushed as we just moved into this home and I wanted to prepare for the winter season.

Jimmy was on time to our scheduled appointment and worked efficiently to get the job done. He was very friendly and informative about my home's specific storm drain system condition and needs.

After the job was done he cleaned up and kept my home as it was prior to his arrival. I would use his company's services again in the future.

I had a problem with my brand new washer overflowing when doing a load, Ray came over within a day or so and fixed it instantly and was also very honest the whole time, also a good price only cost me $200 bucks.
Thinking of getting some more work done with Mako they are some honest folks.
