I talked to Chris last night and he said he could come by in the morning to give me an estimate. He arrived promptly and he and his brother shut off the water and explained how to determine whether the water leak was inside or outside. It was inside the house. They came in and inspected the first toilet. They told me the leak was there and that probably I needed a new flapper.
No charge at all. Very friendly and efficient people. I'll definitely call them again should I need a plumber.

Our kitchen sink was leaking and our garbage disposal wasnt working anymore. Found Jimmy them on Yelp , messaged him and right away he responded and gave me his availability right away . He showed up on time and communicated well with what was going on and whAt he was going to do . Great service! Admittedly, my family thought we were going to have to pay for major repairs to our sewer line, since we were having repeated issues and had three plumber visits just this year. Jimmy was available on Sunday at 7am, and called me back quickly to schedule service the same morning. He was insightful, courteous, had high-caliber equipment such as a high resolution scope with camera, and was honest. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and we troubleshooted a solution together that probably saved me thousands by getting to the root of the issue. Highly recommended and will keep this company on speed dial.

Multiple neighbors recommended Mako to me when I was having problems with my bathroom sink. Jimmy and Chris came out and fixed it right away. When they turned back on the water, it came out extremely rusty, so they evaluated the plumbing throughout my house. As it's all original galvanized plumbing from 1941, they gave me a very comprehensive and fair estimate to replace it all in a very reasonable timeframe. Chris also gave me a solid recommendation for a contractor to remodel my bathroom. They went above and beyond and were extremely honest, fair, professional, and personable.

Called Mako Plumbing due to a foul smell coming from our crawl space. Multiple companies had come out previously and recommend changing out my HVAC system. I didn't think that was right since the system was still functioning. Decided to give Chris and Jimmy a call, they were able to locate the leak under our foundation. They were very quick to respond and even though they estimated the job would take 4-5 days they got the job done in just 2!! I called Mako to help me with a main line clog in my home. After having a home warranty contractor come out and tell me the home didn't have a main line clean out valve and that I would not be able to have my clog covered under the home warranty. I gave Jimmy and Chris a call and we scheduled an appointment next day. Well, turns out that my home does have a main line clean out valve thanks to the phenomenal work done by Jimmy and Chris.

They provide great service, are very knowledgeable and made sure to go the extra mile for our home.

I cannot recommend Mako enough. They replaced my sewer line (old orangeburg from the 50's) and main water line a couple months ago. Excellent work, professional, honest and fast. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
