Called Mako on Sunday afternoon and they responded right away and got me scheduled the next day for a laundry pipe snake. Jimmy was friendly, personable and his quote very reasonable. His work was done quick and efficient. My bully breed dog always likes to say hello to the matience people working on the house and Jimmy wasn't shy and gave her all the pets she wanted as well. Will definitely use Mako again. Thanks for making it easy.

These guys are the best. Super responsive (they responded immediately to my inquiry and were at the house the next morning). Super honest (a contractor friend said the quote was extremely fair). Super quick (re-piped part of an old house in less than two days). Super next-level (they found a couple of issues around the house that had nothing to do with the problem I called about, pointed them out to me, and fixed them for free--who does that?). Recently used Mako for new plumbing and sewer lines in connection with an addition and remodel project and was extremely impressed and would highly recommend them. Jimmy, Chris and their team just did a phenomenal job, very professional, efficient, detailed, and good natured from beginning to end. I had three bids and they were not any more expensive than the others but their work would have justified a higher price. They never complained about a thing, did follow up as promised and without any complaints. Can't say enough good things and will definitely use them again.

These guys are seriously the best. I had Chris come out and do a smaller job for me and I could just tell he was good guy and very honest.

If you need a plumber do not hesitate to call Mako! I called at noon and was able to get my kitchen sink unclogged by 3:45!
I used Yelp to locate a plumber and received 6 estimates. 2 were lower but unable to service the same day. The reviews really helped me to make a decision. I don't regret it. I appreciate being able to use local small businesses whenever possible. Jimmy and Chris, the brothers who own this company were fantastic. I will be referring others to them.
