The dispatcher was smart and arranged for same day service with a 2 hour window. They texted me when they were on the way, and then responded quickly when I asked for an updated ETA.
Gabriel was friendly and quick to fix our sink. Did a great job!

Called 2 other plumbing companies, and Make It Right Services came through for us for same day service to unclog our kitchen sink. They gave us a 2-hour ETA & was in constant contact with us. Gabriel was our technician & showed up in a timely manner. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and very professional. Alfredo was his assistant and they worked efficiently to be in/out of our home. This was greatly appreciated during this covid pandemic. They wore masks and booties while working.
I'd use them again & will refer to family/friends.

This time I had a visit from Gabriel to replace a leaked faucet. He gave my multiple options plus a recommendation and we ended up replacing just the faucet and not the whole old p-trap underneath.

I noticed my water heater stopped working on a Friday evening and I couldn't figure it out on my own. Customer service was closed until Monday morning and I couldn't wait that long. I found Make It Right on Yelp that Saturday morning and decided to call because they're open 24 hours. I'm so glad I did! Everyone I spoke with was nice and polite. It was around 7:45am when I called and they told me someone could come between of 8-10am. Gabriel arrived around 8:30am, accessed the problem, and fixed it in under an hour. He was very nice, polite, and efficient. I'd definitely recommend them and will be calling them again if I need a plumber in the future.

Our water heater stopped working and couldn't fix it. Made and appointment with Make It Right for the next day. Gabriel and Alfredo showed up on time and straight to work.
Identified that the thermocouple was bad and replaced it. Happy that we don't have to take cold showers in the morning.

Gabriel was my technician for my plumbing service. Professional and courteous. He installed a halo five the water softening system. I will also asked if he can fix another problem I have in my guest bathroom. That will be soon be completed so I'll leave another review once that is finished.

Make it Right is great! They offer quick service. I submitted a request at 6:40 and I had someone at my house by 7:00. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! We've used them twice and are happy with their service!!

I apologize for the late review. I used Make It Right on April 10, 2020. I had a very leaky shower issue. I sent a message on Yelp, and Make It Right was the first one to respond back. Within minutes. I set up my appointment, the technician Gabriel arrived on time. Did a thorough inspection, explained the problem, why it happened and gave me 2 good solutions. I choose one solution, made an appointment for Friday. Make It Right came on time and began working. They worked about 3 hours. They tested my shower to make sure everything was working, cleaned up behind themselves and that was that. I would definitely recommend them to anyone have any plumbing issues. Their prices were fair, very punctual (coming to inspect and work) and they are open 24 hrs. They really deserve 10 stars. I will definitely contact them again for all of my plumbing needs.
