It was my first time using Make It Right's services. Called them yesterday at 6pm for an emergency since I'm getting my house appraised and were able to fit me in early in the morning. The guy I spoke to was super friendly. I wasn't here for the service but everything looked good. They called me to email me my receipt and the guy I spoke to was friendly as well. Received my receipt and it was like if I was here for the service. Everything they did was detailed in the receipt which I love. Thank you Make It Right.!

One of my units had no hot water. They scheduled an appointment for next day, and arrived at scheduled time. The plumber called me 5 minutes after arrival stating that there was an internal issue with my tankless, and if would be $7500 to replace, and $2500 if I just want to get my own and they do the labor.
I got a second opinion, to find out that the ONLY issue was that there was no power from the power outlet. It was a $30 repair.

These guys are awesome!! I've been dealing with a major headache of a plumbing issue. These guys came out and ended up being here most of the day. Covered as much of my kitchen, second story plumbing issues are messy. These guys tried their absolute best to keep it clean and cleaned up after themselves. I had quotes and options provided to me for everything I needed done and the issue was resolved

I called make it right services for a sewer leak repair on Sunday morning. I was told there would be an extra charge for coming out being it was a Sunday. I agreed since I was eager to repair the issue. I then Got a call informing me the tech was not gonna make do to an emergency, they also told me that for the inconvenience they would be waiving the $200 inspection fee and giving me a $20 credit. I was scheduled for Monday from 8-10am. At 9:45am I received a call from someone informing me my tech would be 30min late. When the tech finally arrived he informed me there was a $300 fee for checking the issue and refused to check. He then referred me to calling another service company for the repair. It's best you contact a different company if you don't want to waste your time and money! FTP

I called for a backed up toilet. I needed to snake the drain and they responded within an hour and a half, came out, removed the toilet, took care of the problem, cleanEd up after they were done...problem solved. The guys were professional and courteous. I would definitely call and use their services again.

I can't comment on the actual plumbing service, because they never made it out to my home. I had an appointment for a technician to come between 2-4pm, so I sat at home and waited for them during that time. I missed a call from the company at 3:26pm. I finally spoke to them at 3:45pm, and they said the earliest they could have someone out was an hour. I have plans after 4pm. I will find a different plumbing service that values my time and will arrive when they say they will and does't leave me waiting around unnecessarily for hours.

I had a problem with my water filtration system that meant I had no water on a Saturday with 4 teenage girls staying at my house. I called a number of plumbers that claimed to have 24/7 emergency services. The only plumber service to get back to me and actually send a plumber in a 2 hour window was Make It Right Services. The plumber Eddie was extremely knowledgable, polite, efficient and helpful. Problem solved! I highly recommend this company.

The company was highly unprofessional during an appointment I had to clear roots from my main drain line. After the plumber had started the job, I noticed that his tool was broken. He was attempting to clear the line with the cutter missing from the end of the auger cable. I questioned what he was doing and he said he would call his company regarding what to do. He packed up his equipment and went to his truck. I waited several minutes, called the company and explained what happened. The rep said he would call me back. Half an hour later, I noticed the plumber was gone. I called the rep and he said he tried calling me and claimed the call did not go thru. Basically, they had just given up on the job and left. I did not have any missed calls on my phone and prior calls from the company went thru. They left things in a bad way. I had made my appointment early in the morning and now it was after 3 pm on Saturday of a holiday weekend --too late to get another plumber. Their next availability was three days later and I could not use my plumbing. Moreover, the plumber left the drain cleanout open--a safety hazard.
