I was so pleased with my experience today. I had a clogged bathroom drain downstairs which should've been a simple fix, but when the plumber showed up there was quite a bit of work to be done to take apart the vanity in order to reach the drain. Ivan was so courteous and professional and patient. We really appreciated that and everything is good as new! Will definitely use this company again!

Had an emergency drain issue this Sunday and was calling anyone and everyone to try and get help. Make it drain not only answered the call but were at my house within the hour. The service tech ""Ivan"" was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was on the job working hard from start to finish. He located and fixed the problem in enough time for me to make it to work without being late. Couldn't be happier with the service and would recommend them without a doubt. This is a first class operation. They came when they said, and did what I asked. I tried to go cheap by snaking which wasn't enough to fix the issue.
Ivan did not try to push a more expensive option and when I asked if hydro jet would fix the issue, he said absolutely. He came back and was right on!
This company is lucky to have Ivan. He texted me along the way regarding arrival time etc.

Needed someone to come out and fix the kitchen sink drain as it was clogged up pretty badly. Google'd around and called make it drain and peter came out to Simi valley the day after, & was on time. He took a quick look at the drain and garbage disposal, then got his equipment out and fixed it pretty quickly. I was surprised to see how much gunk came out out of the drain. Wow!! He charged me a very fair price for the service and went on his merry way. Cant ask for anything more... Thank you !!
