really great service & very professional. We had a problem with the kitchen sink backing up (and thus the shower.) and Peter came over same-day. He discovered that one area of pipe under the house was too small causing the issue. Our home had been remodeled when we purchased it, and we have been finding a few things that were really not done properly...so this wasn't a huge shock, to be honest.

Peter uses a snake camera and can show you the problem areas if you have trust issues :P

he cleared the issue temporarily and told us what our options were (and we actually had options but eventually the problem would come up again) so we decided to have him replace the pipe in the area affected as well as put in a clear out & do a hydro-jet service once it was all in place.

We set a time & day (Sunday!) and he was on time and did the work within the time frame & price he quoted. Peter was tidy with all the gear and respectful of our space.

He discovered stuff that other plumbers have missed - including our initial home inspection. Now things work better than they ever have. All their work is guaranteed for quite some time as well- which is awesome. I feel like most other plumbers I've dealt with in the past don't offer that and just want to throw band-aids on problems that actually need more and could have been repaired right the first time. I felt the price was fair but you know, paying for plumbing just isn't fun *sigh* but everything works now so, then there's that.... !

We had slow draining issues in our house which became an emergency situation 3 days ago. Called several plumbers with no answer or response. Then I went to my NextDoor app and saw a recommendation for MakeItDrain. Called them and got a response that evening from Peter. He was able to come the next day. Decide to check Yelp reviews as well and was happy to see good responses. Peter and the guys assessed the situation, gave me my options, and dug a 6 foot trench to a broken sewer line. We were back up and running with a new section of pipe under the parkway and hydro jetting and sleeve from parkway to city line under the street. Peter worked with me to stay within our budget. Half my shower water was being diverted to the tub faucet, and my tub stopper had broken loose and wasn't working at all.

Peter came out and fixed the diverter and shower drain stopper. He did quick work and it fixed the problems. Both issues took less than two hours. He explained everything, did clean work and I would definitely use again.

My water pressure regulator gave out causing problems with my pipes and plumbing. Peter came out and assessed the problem quickly. Within an hour I had a new pressure regulator. He also fixed a leaky water filter (damaged from the water pressure) and he threw in a free camera inspection of my sewer line. I'm very happy with his work and would definitely use them again.

If you don't use Make it Drain as your main go to when it comes to plumbing issues, your just crazy!
I've used many plumbers in the area and they were either overpriced, unprofessional, or dirty and left big messes. With this company, everything goes as smoothly as your drain pipes will start to go! Wow! It's been a year now and no problems at all!!! We have a super old house with lots of issues, so I will continue to use this service.

Called them last night for an emergency I was having at my house. My kitchen was flooding and they came out quickly and fixed it (ended up being allot off build up in the drain) they were very professional and I will use them again if something else goes wrong.
