I'm not sure if my experience with Make It Drain is isolated, but it's very different from all the other positive reviews here.

The technicians were not competent at all. They didn't even try in identifying the issues with my water heater and kept pushing me to buy a whole new water heater when my water heater was already new. The part they bought to replace what they thought was a ""broken"" part was marked up to me by 400% of the retail price, even though we agreed on cost of the part. When the water heater still wasn't working, they came back to evaluate the issue again by ""staring"" at the water heater. They concluded the entire water heater needed replacement.

I immediately called a more reputable plumbing company and they actually brought tools to run tests on the water heater and determined what was wrong and fixed the issue all within an hour, while the process with Make It Drain took weeks.

Very professional, always on time, organized & for the money invested, the best value in town.

Friend moved into house with septic tank issues, normally she would be without* water for days as the property had been vacant for 6 months on real estate market but these guys bought a quality team over along with the best camera equipment, etc & had it done in 3 days.

Each night they reconnected a temporary system & water until am.

*roots had broken through all the old piping at every juncture, it was a long inconvenience but Peter, Thomas & Efran made such a difference.

We highly recommend Peter and the Make It Drain crew. We initially found Peter on a neighborhood list when we were seeking a plumber to scope/diagnose our slow draining water and the occasional toilet back-up that was starting to present.

At the initial investigation, Peter explained the problems our pipes were having and even showed us on a camera scope exactly what was occurring. Rather than quickly band-aid a problem, he explained thoroughly the various options we had to fix parts or all of the problem now, and the future repercussions if we waited. Although what we thought might be a simple snaking turned into a very large project, Peter was very fair with his estimates and the reasoning and value of parts/labor/time.

His friendliness and expertise made the financial pill (expense) much easier to swallow. During the few days of the project and work, Peter's crew was very friendly and very respectful, arrived on time, did their best to avoid any lengthy disruptions to water service, and detailed and showed us their progress along the way. Upon completion (which was an entire new sewage line), Peter again made sure to show us via camera scope the new system and that they had effectively fixed the problem. Make it Drain definitely gets our positive referral.
