PLEASE remove this review because I posted to the wrong company!

American Home Shield sent this company out to replace a broken faucet. We purchased a new one and they installed it. We noticed that we had a leak coming from under the sink. They came out and ""fixed"" it, but it's still leaking. We called the company directly for recall service, and the guy that we talked to tried to tell me that they purchased the faucet and it didn't come with a drain (possible point of leakage). When I told him that we purchased the sink, he tried to tell me that AHS wouldn't pay to install a faucet that a customer purchased. I tried to explain to him that that's exactly what happened and he got really rude and started raising his voice and wouldn't listen to anything I was saying. So, I hung up on him and AHS directly. They said that they'd get them to come out and finish the job. We still haven't heard from them and our cabinet is getting wetter by the day. They're being removed from our contract after they fix the leak. I've never before had a plumber not check for leaks (twice) before leaving. I still can't believe that they tried to lie to me and that they got so rude! We will never use them again!!!!!!!!

This is NOT a professional company. They were assigned to us by AHS unfortunately so we did not have another option. Guy came in, looked at problem and basically said he cannot fix issue. I get it it's close to closing time but if we waited 2 damn days at LEAST have the decency to check out the problem and not just say oh I can't fix that. Save your time, if you are recommend to this company by anyone or assigned to them by AHS request another company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They were assigned from my home warranty for a leaking hot water heater. I called on Sunday to see if I could get an appt time during the week as we have to return to work and would like to give my boss a heads up when I wont be there. First he hung up on me. Then he used profanity to tell me they are are closed on Sundays. I wasn't asking for them to come out Sundays. I asked him to loose his attitude it wasn't appreciated, he then says I'm not doing the work, find somewhere else. I had to contact AHS back to demand they reassign a new company as I would NEVER let this man in my house. Unbelievable...as if a broken water heater isn't frustrating enough!! Do not use them if you are going. Through home warranty.

Excellent service clearing out large root ball that blocked sewers line near street and caused backup into 1st floor bathroom. On time, efficient, and trustworthy. Will definitely use again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Wow, where to start??? I put in a claim for hot water issue and was told from insurance provider, this company would come out and correct the issue the following day. After bickering/complaining they finally came out 24 hours later, and they diagnosed the problem as needing a new hot water heater. Then after initial consultation (twenty four hours later(sigh))they said they can't come out until Monday to fix the problem---two days later???? I explained that this is an emergency and we are in need of hot water. Tom (owner) said he could come out over the weekend, but price would be much more. Really, I first called on Thursday, should have been completed Friday, now you are trying to rip me off for weekend service???? Finally, I found out he was price gauging. I got the job done for 450$ cheaper. You have been warned.

They came on time and did the job that was expected. My brand new furnace almost died on me and it was only 2 years old. I thought is going to be a big job but one little part needed to be replaced. The ignitor was the problem and Kelly replaced it and had the heater back on in SECONDS. I have never seen a job done that quick it baffled me. The came and did what was needed and my wife and I were very pleased. Thank you so much Main Line Plumbing Service Inc. Thank you and God Bless you.

From my first contact with Tom, the owner, to the actual job, which was professionally completed by Scott, everything went perfect. Scott is an expert plumber and it showed in his work ethic and as he worked seamlessly thruout my home completing three plumbing issues. some of the problems were difficult based on pipe location, and he never complained. Scott performed like the true professional he is, and what a customer expects but seldom sees. Tom was so courteous and respectful and prioritized my service call due to extinuating circumstances. I am very happy with Mainline Plumbing Service, and recommend them highly for plumbing needs.

Crazy people on the phone. Called to enquire about my service request and the guy starts screaming. These guys need to outsource their call center, for a fraction of what they are paying him they can provide a service that is a million times better.

I came in contact with mainline plumbing through American home shield. I deeply regret allowing them to connect me to a company with outs looking at the reviews!!

They closed out my case telling American home shield know that the job was completed, they only came out one time and was not prepared so needed to reschedule an appointment which they were supposed contacted me or called me back to set up an appointment .

I contacted the American home shield who informed me that the job was completed and I would need to pay another $100 service request fee. I sent American home shield a video of my ceiling letting them know that the service was never completed.

I've tried contacting the company and left voice messages and they have not responded back to me. The messages are so backed up on their system that you are no longer able to leave messages!! Please save yourself the trouble of dealing with this fraud company. I was thankful that American Home Shield investigate the problem and was able to send another company out with no charge to me.

I did put in a complaint with American home shield to investigate all of the reviews under the company so that no other homeowners would come in contact with frauds
