They came on time and did the job that was expected. My brand new furnace almost died on me and it was only 2 years old. I thought is going to be a big job but one little part needed to be replaced. The ignitor was the problem and Kelly replaced it and had the heater back on in SECONDS. I have never seen a job done that quick it baffled me. The came and did what was needed and my wife and I were very pleased. Thank you so much Main Line Plumbing Service Inc. Thank you and God Bless you.

From my first contact with Tom, the owner, to the actual job, which was professionally completed by Scott, everything went perfect. Scott is an expert plumber and it showed in his work ethic and as he worked seamlessly thruout my home completing three plumbing issues. some of the problems were difficult based on pipe location, and he never complained. Scott performed like the true professional he is, and what a customer expects but seldom sees. Tom was so courteous and respectful and prioritized my service call due to extinuating circumstances. I am very happy with Mainline Plumbing Service, and recommend them highly for plumbing needs.

Crazy people on the phone. Called to enquire about my service request and the guy starts screaming. These guys need to outsource their call center, for a fraction of what they are paying him they can provide a service that is a million times better.

I came in contact with mainline plumbing through American home shield. I deeply regret allowing them to connect me to a company with outs looking at the reviews!!

They closed out my case telling American home shield know that the job was completed, they only came out one time and was not prepared so needed to reschedule an appointment which they were supposed contacted me or called me back to set up an appointment .

I contacted the American home shield who informed me that the job was completed and I would need to pay another $100 service request fee. I sent American home shield a video of my ceiling letting them know that the service was never completed.

I've tried contacting the company and left voice messages and they have not responded back to me. The messages are so backed up on their system that you are no longer able to leave messages!! Please save yourself the trouble of dealing with this fraud company. I was thankful that American Home Shield investigate the problem and was able to send another company out with no charge to me.

I did put in a complaint with American home shield to investigate all of the reviews under the company so that no other homeowners would come in contact with frauds

Mainline Plumbing was sent out by my Home Warranty Service. Tom called and arranged service the same day! He was very professional, respectful and completed the job as promised. I would use this company again without hesitation.

Mainline Plumbing Services was sent out by my home warranty company. While I have had problems with other plumbing companies sent by AHS, my experience Mainline was a wonderful one. Tom called almost immediately and was able to send someone to my home within 2 hours of my original call.

When they arrived they assessed my leaking hot water heater and diagnosed the problem. Understanding the politics of how home warranties worked, once the technician Scott explained the problem and the bandaid the warranty company was willing to offer (we had a similar problem with the hot water heater earlier in the year which another company assessed and put a temporary fix on), we opted to replace it out of pocket. Scott was able to go get a new hot water heater from their supplier and have it installed same day.

We were just so happy to know our 12 year old hot water heater will no longer be a headache and we will no longer have continued leaks that could damage the new flooring in our finished basement (we had to replace after it took the previous company almost a week to get to our house in July) .

We absolutely will request Mainline Plumbing for our future plumbing needs.

Over Thanksgiving weekend our hot water heater stopped working. I put in a claim with my warranty company, First American Home Warranty (who I have been using for a decade and never had a problem with) and was assigned Mainline Plumbing Service. The plumber came out and said my water heater could not be fixed as it was leaking water at this point. I live in a double wide mobile home that has a small closet in the hall for the water heater. The warranty company ordered a new heater and because of the code it had to have a pan around the bottom to catch the water should it leak again. I was told to find this pan and install it myself by Mainline Plumbing. They said I could ONLY use a plastic one since I have an electric water heater. They told me if we did not install it they would charge me extra.

Additionally, since our water heater was leaking and causing damage to my floor, we called their office asking if we could remove the water heater and have it hauled away, and I was told YES. I also asked if they needed the old water heater for anything and was told no they did not. My husband and I bought 5 pans - 4 plastic and 1 aluminum, and only the aluminum one fit!! What we needed was a thinner water heater. I reached out to MPS and asked them if they could help us find us a pan that would fit and that is when the trouble started. I was screamed at and told by one person that we had NO business interfering with the repair to which I AGAIN replied my floor was being ruined by the leaking water heater and it could not remain in my house. The warranty company ordered the water heater going by the dimensions the plumber gave them. They were not told it was in a closet.

Since they were so mad that my husband removed the heater, they then asked me to take pictures of what was left and send it to them. I asked for this guy's cell phone number (they never identified themselves so I had no idea who I was speaking with.) He told me he would text me back with the number because he ""doesn't talk to one customer when he is on a job with another""; so I waited. The next day (now 2 weeks without hot water which did not seem to bother them) I called and spoke to the same guy to ask when we could set up installation. He started screaming at me saying how could they set up installation when he had received no pictures. I reminded him that he was supposed to send me the number to text them to and he got madder. He refused to give me his number. Then he asked me where the old water heater was and I told him AGAIN it had been removed and hauled away because it was leaking; per someone in his office. That is when the ""you know what"" hit the fan. I hung up and called my warranty company and took the ""cashout"" which is when they give you the money, they would have paid the plumber so you can purchase your own water heater and pay SOMEONE ELSE to install it. Even though it cost me more money - we had the water heater we wanted, and it was installed by the next day. Oh, and we did not need to use a plastic pan but was able to use the aluminum one which was the only one that fit. Also, we did not need the expansion tank that this guy was telling us we needed.

After reading some reviews on Facebook I think I now know he was so upset with us getting rid of the old water heater. He has been accused of reusing old parts on his Facebook page. I personally do not know if that is true but that is what a customer wrote in his review.

For those of you that gave Main Line Plumbing excellent reviews, I'm happy you had a pleasant experience with them. But don't accuse those of us who are leaving them less than stellar reviews of being ""disgruntled"". I never, ever worked with such an ignorant, condescending repairman in my 40 years as a homeowner!!!

This company was assigned by my home warranty provider HSA. I didn't think that a company could be this bad working for HSA. I wouldn't recommend this company if it was the last on earth.
I had to call for to schedule my appointment after they accepted the contract ok maybe they were backed up that's what I'm thinking .
Nope I should have canceled them from that day. The technician that was assigned was somewhat ok attitude wise. first thing he said oh we don't work on these high efficiency boiler... I said to him I explained to the guy who took the call what kind of boiler it was, he told me they can take care of it.
He proceeded to take the cover off taking pictures of serial Number fires up the heater everything seem to working fine. Fast forward to 5 days later same issue went to my HSA portal notice they had a claim on my boiler and needed approval I wasn't aware that I needed anything parts for the boiler. I then call HSA explain that I am having the same issues they sent another work order for that company to fix the issue because they got paid for it. Again I had to call the office AGAIN! the guy/owner was very rude and loud on the after I explained that I'm having the same problem. He kept going on about me calling HSA and putting in a new work order. It's been 5 days not 2 week. I don't think this company deserves anybody's hard working money. They shouldn't be in business at all!!
Stay away from these rude people that you're paying to do a job not Free... Paying.

They came out to fix our AC that was not operating properly or putting out cold air. Temp in house was 82 and 68% humidity.

His conclusion was ""everything was fine.""

When we called back they were extremely rude, would not listen, said we had ""unrealistic expectations"" and insisted that if they came back out it would be the same result.

We had Henderson come out the next day and he immediately diagnosed it as a capacitor that needed replacement. In essence, the fan was running but not the compressor. It was replaced and working perfectly in less than an hour.

I'll add my review to the list of 'horrible' reviews here. It is shocking this person is still in business. I, too would give 0 stars if possible. He is not only unprofessional, but downright rude. If you're with a home warranty company, demand a different service provider!
Stay away!!
