Had a problem that another plummer could not fix. Cesar came proved what all the other postive reviews said is true. He did a great job. Ranelle is very responsive too. I will definatly use them if I have a problem again. So glad to have found them!

Ranelle and Cesar at Mainline are a fantastic team. They have been to our home several times since we discovered them. They are always prompt, courteous and honest. Nobody likes having to call a plumber, but when I have to, I feel a lot better knowing Mainline will take care of everything. They have handled clogs, pipe repairs, and installation of a tankless water heater after our old tank gave out. We always get a fair price and top service. Call them.

We had a pipe burst in the front yard last night. When I discovered it at 1am it had flooded the yard and part of the neighbor's yard. I called Mainline Plumbing and they were great. The plumber was here within 15 minutes. He was very nice. Repaired the burst pipe and made sure the water was back on for us to use. Both he and his wife were friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!!!

After a bad experience with GS Custom Plumbing, I called Mainline Plumbing who came out (only one phone call needed) and gave me a reasonable price to perform a job. We scheduled a date and time and Mainline performed the job quickly and efficiently on that date in the time frame allotted. The work was completed several months ago and I have had no problems. A+++

Cesar and his crew just left. They were over here within the hour and fixed my water problem in less than half an hour. Looks great, and works great. Highly recommend them.

Is there anything worse than a back up in the kitchen sink on a Sunday afternoon? Trying to find a plumber whose willing to come out and fix it! Reading through other yelp reviews, Mainline Plumbing seemed responsive, so I called and yes! Ranelle answered promptly. And yes they could come out that day! While I had to wait for a couple of other calls ahead of me, Ranelle called me back to provide a status and when she said her husband would be there at 4, he was! Cesar was quick with the snake and soon my drain was clear and Cesar was on his way.

While he pointed out that my plumbing under the kitchen sink was installed backwards, he did not try to sell me un-needed services and that was very appreciated as well!

I want to say I will have these folks on speed dial, but frankly I hope I don't need to call again anytime soon.

But if you need a plumber, you should call them!

I spoke to Ranelle last week Tues (8/27) she told me they had put my project on schedule for 9/4 after the holiday. Fare enough. I get an email notification that my project was pushed back and put on schedule for 9/5. Today (9/5) I get an email stating ""I'm sorry, I'm not going to bore you with what's going on, but we're going to have to pass on this. A project due to end yesterday didn't. I'm behind on so many jobs. If we were a bit closer I'd run over but that isn't the case."" She was very nice about it... what I don't understand; they put my project on a so called schedule twice 9/4 & 9/5. why didn't they follow the ""schedule""?

Wake up Sunday morning to a broken water heater AND raw sewage in our backyard. In a complete panic our first and only call was to Mainline. Ranelle was amazing on the phone and within 20 minutes Cesar was at our house WITH the part to fix the hot water. The sewage backup was cleared shortly after. Our Sunday was saved! I cannot say enough good things about Mainline Plumbing.

Wow, our emergency call was answered within 2 rings. I spoke to Ranelle who calmed me down and had a crew at our house within the hour. The equipment used was state of the art and we had a working system within a half hour. We were given longterm options that were workable. A great find for us.

Cesar really impressed me as an honest guy who was really there to help. We had a problem that should have been taken care of a year ago after having spent a fortune with another plumber. When the problem came back I called Roto-Rooter who charged me several hundred dollars just to tell me I had a problem, but not actually do anything about it. Cesar came out and spent at least an hour diagnosing my problem and didn't stick me with a ridiculous fee for doing so. I will absolutely be calling him back the next time we have a plumbing issue.
