I called around and everyone said it would be a few days before anyone could actually come see what kind of leak I had.
Cesar, however, was able to come after hours and take a look, and literally fixed the issue in minutes.

I had a broken water heater and spoke to three other people before calling Mainline about it. Unlike the others, Mainline asked me questions, did their research and gave me honest and fair advice and prices. They were accountable, professional and had a great sense of urgency about my freezing showers. I would highly recommend them and will save their phone number in my contacts for any future needs.

In escrow on a house and our initial inspection revealed sewer line issues and a video inspection was recommended. I called Ranelle and she was great to deal with, they were able to schedule an inspection for the next day.

During the inspection Cesar walked me through the system as they went through it showing me all of the issues that needed attention. Walked away with two dvd's of the lines from the cleanouts to the city service lines.

Got a report and quotes on other plumbing issues in the house the next morning from Ranelle. Can't recommend them enough! Will use them for repairs once we close on the house!

Our water heater ""went"" when I was 8 1/2 months pregnant. I knew we needed it repaired asap but was very concerned about finding an honest and fair company to do the job. Well thanks Yelpers! And thank you MPR. After reading the reviews then speaking with Ranelle at MPR, I felt confident we found the right company and we did indeed. Sure enough, the day of the install my water broke so our friends met Caesar and his team for the job. They installed it quickly and effeciently for exactly the price quoted which, after researching, was a fair and competitive price. It was so nice not to have to worry about getting ripped off or having your house destroyed during the process. Thank you Ranelle and Caesar for providing what every business SHOULD want to provid-, fair, competent, quality services and products with a friendly and happy attitude. No doubt, if I have any plumbing issues again, I'll be using MPR.

I drove in from Austin, TX around 7pm to my friends' place in Sherman Oaks on Wednesday, March 20. He was under the sink fighting a nasty leak. With his permission I searched Yelp for a nearby plumber with high ratings. Ranelle, the owner's wife, answered and said all her plumbers were out on calls and she might not be able to get someone there that night. I asked her to try as the water would be off until it was fixed. She called back in under 20 minutes to say she was sending someone over. Cesar showed up about 30 minutes later. He and his helper worked for nearly two hours but got the job done. They left without payment saying Ranelle would call us tomorrow for billing info. When the bill showed up it was very reasonable. There's a reason Mainline has so many great reviews. They top notch and treated us very well. Thank-you, Mainline Plumbing.

While not an ""emergency"" per se, I needed a sewer line inspection the same day for a house I'm buying because another plumber flaked on me. Ranelle was super about re-arranging the schedule so they could take care of me right away, and the guys who showed up were clean, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I used Mainline twice so far. Each time, I received professional and honest service. Our most recent incident occurred at 10:30pm after realizing we we had a mainline sewer stoppage. I called Mainline fully expecting to leave a voice mail but Ranelle answered the phone! I explained the problem and she said that her husband could be at my house in 30mins. What great service! When Cesar arrived he went right to work and fixed the problem. I completely trust Mainline and highly recommend them.
