Main Drain Sewer replaced a hot water tank
for me in March 2024. A connection they installed on top of tank was slowly leaking which caused corrosion of the tank. I texted PJ many times in Nov. & he said he would be out to fix it. He never came. I continued to text, email & call & leave a message (they never answer their phone) - nothing. Today is January 8, 2025 & I have another plumber here to fix their mess at another charge to me. They have very poor customer service. They have lost me as a customer along with my family & friends. Call someone else!

this is not the first time I've used them in a pinch. Our big Christmas is the day after woke up and figured out that I had a clock in my outside plumbing. Call them up came out that afternoon before our party cleared it all out and we are able to enjoy our family Christmas. I highly recommend and this is not the first time I've used them

I used this wonderful company in December 2020, when the main sewer line failed at our second home. They were half the price of the major name companies in the area... And 10 times more respectful and considerate.

Well, today I needed their services again at my primary residence and was blown away once again by thier professional services and consideration. They are a family business that care about you. They resolved my internal line problem with a water jet cleaning, camera inspection and resolution of another issue they discovered. So happy I called them for the job, now everything is working as it should. The initial blockage was quickly resolved, but they were persistent and thankfully so.

You can't go wrong with this company. They let me view the camera, explaining everything we saw, and was very respectful.

The contractor missed several appointments and left material around work site that I needed to clean up myself. customer service is severely lacking and in need of repair. Their workers are competent and once they perform the work it is functional and adequate. the trick is getting them to make appointments at all. I advise they be used for the big jobs but from what I observed do not call them for the small stuff because they will not show up or leave you hanging. Apparently, they don't need the money by their attitudes toward customers, so let's help them get their wish and find another plumber.

Not sure if they've gone out of business but I've contacted them numerous times to get a sewer repaired or replaced based on these positive reviews and they have responded and then disappeared when they told me they'd call. This has happened on 3 occasions. I wanted to use them since my neighbor did last year (work was great as well as the price according to them). If you are overbooked and can't fit me in that's fine, just say that. But they never did so I'm assuming they're out of business.

I am very disgusted by this company! My grandma had them come out to fix a pipe in our basement two of the guys working on it broke the cap to our drain. My grandma had called to let them know so that it could be fixed and Sean was beyond rude, screamed at her and wouldn't let her get a word in and was completely unprofessional!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody! If I could give them zero stars I would.

After a sewer line inspector scoped my line, I needed to hire someone to clean the line and put a camera through. I called another company that couldn't do it for a week. I found Main Drain online and when I asked about timing, they said, ""We'll be in Berkley this afternoon. Will that work?"" They were efficient, informative, problem solvers. Total professionals, and if I need the work to be done, I'm hiring them!

We have used Main Drain several times over the years as those who live in Berkley know, the numerous tree roots and older infrastructure cause issues. Every time, Sean and his team have been very professional. They are quick to respond and have gone above and beyond to fix things - even coming over on short notice after regular work hours.

Sean's team are more than just professional, they are good people. They are easy to talk to and are willing to explain all the details of the problem, potential solutions, and how to prevent it from reoccurring. We have a finished basement where our kids routinely play so they took extra care in how they worked down there.

We would highly recommend them to anyone!!

I wouldn't use this service because Sean trained them! I had some work done and guys were untrained and tracked mud and dirt in my house.

Sean and John are AWESOME. After calling 3-4 places, Sean was the ONLY one who could do the same day cleaning. He and John came, ready to rock, even after 9pm. They were in and out in less than an hour, and everything was taken care of. I had some cleanouts that the previous owner buried so he had to go through one that was in a tight fit corner. They knocked it out clean and efficiently. He gave me some recommendations to go with in the future - I will definitely be using him and recommend to anyone!
