I was in need of a couple of water heaters and having a hard time identifying a company to do the work. I saw the Magnificent Plumbing truck at the curb and spoke with Julio. I told him what I needed, and he showed me examples of his work. It was impressive! He is a man that is definitely proud of his work. He gave me a price and set up an appointment. When he arrived, I asked him if I needed to do anything and he said, ""stand back and watch the show"". Everything completed on time for the agreed price. Pride in workmanship is a hard thing to find these days but Julio is a great example. Would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Called for a free estimate to look at my sump pump in the crawlspace. No problem. They get to the house and mentioned there's a crawlspace fee of $225?? Never mentioned over the phone when they knew they had to get to the crawlspace to get to the sump pump. Hidden fees is another form of dishonesty. Be careful

The owner was busy as a small business owner. He answered my questions and provided good suggestion during the initial call. Julio was assigned to my service request. He came out take look at the issue and made suggestion what need to be fix, same as owner said. He fixed the issue and let us know they have person can patch / fix stucco as well. Eddie was the person came to patch the stucco. His excellent service is the same as Julio.

Good and quick service. Professional people and importantly local San Ramon, CA company. Requested a leak detection service and Rene, came over immediately. He found the leak and then in the next two days arranged for fixing it. Job was done professionally. Shall recommend them to others.

Had old leaky valves in the kitchen sink, one in particular needed replacing. Frank was quick to respond to any questions and made scheduling easy. They offer free on-site consultation, where work would be quoted.

Edgar was assigned to my service request. He was on time, considerate (put booties over his shoes before entering), knowledgeable (I had a lot of questions), and friendly. The quote was in line with others in the area. At no point did I feel like I was being oversold, which was very trustworthy. He let me know about the warranty on the parts as well. It was great that he had the materials to do the job on the spot as well and finished in no time.
