I had a suspicious water leak issue at my house alerted by the city water and my builder warranty was not responsive. I had to hire Rene to identify where the leak was and he discovered that it was in the front main water line. I was about to have him redo the water line but luckily my builder finally came through. However, I had a wonderful experience with Rene's professionalism and reliability.

Shortly after we had a water pressure issue at the house and we found out that our water pressure regulator was failing on us, where it was reading from 80-100 psi but the water pressure in the house was low. I knew I had to call Rene to help replace the PRV. He was able to come the very next day to look at the issue. Since we would have to have the water off for 2 hours, he did some prep digging so that the replacement would go quicker the next morning.

Sergio came the next morning at 10am and was done around 12pm. Quicker than expected!

I really appreciate his team's responsiveness on Yelp msging as well as txting me 20 minutes prior to arrival. This is not my usual experience with Plumbers and I have had some bad ones in the past.

It was an expensive fix, but I am so worn out by my builder's warranty team, that I rather pay a reliable company that I could count on. Rene has a 1 year warranty on his work and the factory has 6 year warranty on the regulator part. The new regulator is much easier to use and looks sturdier than the part the builder had used.

I will surely be contacting Rene's team if I have any plumbing issues in the future.

Work quality was excellent. Rene was very professional, understood the problem and addressed it quickly. Pricing is a bit high considering the part cost, but I have no doubt that for larger jobs he would do an excellent job and the reduced headaches would make it worthwhile.

The first plumber I could find that would come out on Saturday. Rene was great and easy to talk to and work with. He explained everything thoroughly, tried a couple easy fixes before he had to climb on the roof to snake it!
His advice for keeping healthy drains is worth it! These 50 year old homes have clay pipes from the street, under the landscaping to the house. To redo the pipes will cost $$$$$. But at least we know to plan for it.

Just got my water softener installed. It took half a day and really happy the way they did the job. Would recommend them for any plumbing jobs. It was a little complicated to get the pipes drilled from the crawl space since it is an older home.

I called in for a potential sewage starting to backup problem. I was able to get an appointment same day, which was great. The crew came right on time. I explained the issue and what I thought was the problem. My only issue was, they did not discuss potential causes or offered (even for a fee) a diagnosis. They went ahead with my suggestion to rooter the sewer. I have not noticed a difference but figured that it is probably good to do now and then for maintenance. They did, however, explain to me after what they did, how bad the sewer may have been, and suggested replacing the galvanized pipe under the house some time in the future. The crew did a great job making sure to wear booties, cover the floor, they cleaned afterwards. I was really happy with their overall service. I would use them in the future, but suggest they offer up potential cause and resolutions vs taking the home owners word for it

I first called Renee from Magnificent Plumbing when my kitchen faucet stopped working. He came promptly, on time, and advised me to get a new faucet since it would be too expensive (and not worth it) to fix the existing one (it was ugly :\). A few days later we had our dishwasher replaced via Costco. The very next day, there was no hot water in the faucet. I called Renee and he was prompt again to come the same day and fix the issue (even though it wasn't his fault).

Every time since then (and I've called him for big jobs now), his team has been professional, courteous and very clean at their job. When they come in for the quote, they brainstorm ideas with me and come up with a solution I am happy with. When they complete their work, they always say ""call us anytime if you have any issues"". I highly recommend you hire Renee and his team, you shouldn't be disappointed!

Awesome service and quick reply. I have had them out to my house 3 times over the past few months for various problems and each time they have been professional, showed up on time, and given me a fair price for services rendered. In one instance, I ended up needing to buy a whole new faucet for my laundry room sink because they were not able to fix it but I didn't have the faucet on hand. They didn't charge me for that visit and came back the next day to put the new faucet in once I was able to go to home depot to purchase it. Highly recommend!

Had a very urgent plumbing problem at 4pm and it was pouring rain..called Magnificent and within one hour they had arrived wearing masks, fixed the problem and were on their way..all for $275. Highly recommended!
