First of all Manny was awesome at communication. He got right back to me, scheduled an appointment, and showed up on time. He even texted a few minutes beforehand to say he was on his way. These are small things that I've really come to appreciate in a contractor. I know that plumbers, electricians, and people with valuable skills are in high demand these days, so I'm somewhat accustomed to being stood up, or cancelled on when a bigger better gig comes up. So when someone skillful and communicative like Manny shows up I don't take it for granted. My job was simple, just a little bit of preventative maintenance on my cleanout. He did the job quickly and at a great price, then we chatted about muscle cars and driver safety. Haha. Total pleasure.

Manny and his team came to help me install new drains. I was very happy with the results since I've been having drain issues for years but didn't know they were drain issues until Manny came out to see what was wrong. I thought it was just a minor plug up but it turned out the previous people that did the drains didn't do them correctly so it caused back up in the kitchen line and one of the bathroom lines. He and his team are very hard working and made sure everything was done right. Even a leak in my bathtub was fixed as he was working on the drains, and he didn't charge me for that part as a courtesy to the work I was already paying him for.

Manny is great! I discovered that my main line from my clean out to my septic was clogged and backing up around 4 PM a few days ago. I called another rooter service who said they would come out later that night. About 4 hours later they called to cancel saying that my job required a two-man crew. I called Manny around 7 PM and he picked up and said he would come out first thing the next morning. As promised, he came out the next morning and cleared the blockage for less than half what the other company quoted. I highly recommend Manny and will call him anytime I have rooter/plumbing issues. Manuel was proactive, I completely forgot to send my address and be checked in a week in advance to remind me! He accommodated my reschedule, showed up on time and was super quick. He showed me the exact problem, replaced our cold water hose and let me know the hot water hose will need to be replaced at some point because it's the home's original but wasn't necessary yet. He got us a new seal for the main pipe. The price was reasonable and affordable, with no charge for the initial visit! Thank you Manny I will be recommending your services to neighbors and friends.
