Junior was professional, polite with a good energy. He explained the situation to me and to the landlord. He was thorough and investigating the property for other options on how to proceed with plumbing situation. He wore booties in the house and he himself in company uniform clean cut. He inspected his work to verify all was clear in pipes and left the area he worked in clean. I would highly recommend their service and would Magic Rooter and Plumbing if needed again.

Magic Rooter came in a timely fashion to our rescue by sending two friendly and respectful plumbers to address our sewer back-up. Daniel put cloth coverings over his shoes in order to enter our house even before dealing with our back-up. Daniel quickly unclogged the back-up and then verified that it was back to normal by having us stress the system with lots of water. He also suggested we have the pipes leading out to the street be inspected for roots using a camera. Manny performed the inspection using a camera - no problem roots were found. We will not hesitate to call Magic Rooter again when we need a plumber.

Initially responding but then they ignore you.

I messaged them the next day for an estimate and they ignored. I need a gas line ran, but now nobody replies. Only initial request got reply then the next day when I want to schedule they simply ignore.

We had a copper pipe spring a leak on the weekend. No one else was available to come out, but Magic Rooter scheduled us for a visit within an hour of our call. Jr was friendly, explained the issue well, and completed the repair quickly. I also really appreciated their text updates showing when they would arrive.

Called them in a pinch to have a pretty significant leak fixed. Junior came out and did a thorough inspection and gave me a quote. He came out the next morning and had the work done in a few hours. He was super helpful and explained what happened and answered my many questions. I think the pricing is fair for the quality of work that was done. Will use them again for sure.

Key Performance Indicators:

1) Excellent Communication skills - Customer service representative and Junior (plumber) were responsive, professional, knowledgeable, timely, and efficient. In addition, company sent text messages showing location of Junior en route on a live map and included his photo (BONUS - a major safety measure that all companies should implement!)

2) Respectful - Junior came prepared with his own shoe covers and cleaned up the area directly surrounding the plumbing issue with his own disinfectant and towels. He even generously offered to help clean up the flooded area.

3) Diligent - Junior assessed the situation and resolved the issue after multiple attempts given the severity of the backup in the pipes. He stayed for several hours until successful. He had a full schedule on Sunday and appointments after mine but made me feel at ease that he would fix the problem.

4) Quality of Work - This company offered a 30-day warranty for this plumbing issue and stands by their performance. It would behoove them to perform well to avoid subsequent visits, and so far, no recurring issues!

5) Cost - Exceptionally fair and reasonable, especially given the time and effort to resolve the issue on a weekend.

6) Emotional Intelligence - any reputable company can do the job with high reviews on Yelp. But not every company can employ a team like Magic Rooter & Plumbing - the two personnel I interacted with exhibited high levels of emotional intelligence which is needed in front facing customer interactions in highly stressful situations.
