I've been having a leak issue in my garage ceiling and didn't know who to call for this problem. After seeing Magic Rooter and Plumbing around the neighborhood a lot, I had to give them a chance. Manny and his team came out to take a look and honestly I was very impressed on how they explained the work and kept me updated through out the job. They are very nice and professional. So happy I chose them. What really stranded out was that I was able to get a notification when they were on the way and I was able to trust them from the start because they were all clean cut and really nice vans which caught my eye. That shows me they care about their work and their business. Great job and great experience thank you once again.

Clogged kitchen sink. Called late on a Friday afternoon. Jr was here within an hour and took care of the problem. Prompt, professional, clean - everything you could ask for. I'll call them again next time for my plumbing needs.

This company does not work with insurance companies. I don't understand all the positive reviews. But this is a very wealthy area so apparently people are willing to pay out-of-pocket. I however I'm on Medicaid and Medicare and...

Wow. They say a good plumber is hard to find but look no further than Magic Rooter & Plumbing. Jr Melgoza came just 2.5 hours after I first sent a request for service to Yelp to repair my garbage disposer and he quickly diagnosed the problem: a small spoon had gotten chewed up down there. I asked if he could stay to do two other jobs I had procrastinated taking care of -- a leaky kitchen sink and replacement of my bathroom shower head -- and he kindly agreed. He went out to a plumbing store to get new parts for the sink, which took care of the leak, and also quickly installed the new shower head. The prices were extremely reasonable and he didn't even charge me for the disposer work.

I really liked Magic Rooter's communication system of telling you the name of the plumber who would be coming to do the job, along with his photo, and texting you when the plumber is en route to your house. They also send a link to see his exact location on the way over so you can calculate the arrival to the minute. In addition, I liked that they gave me an initial estimate over Yelp in contrast to other plumbers who replied that they had to come by and look first.

Jr was knowledgeable, efficient, cheerful and polite. I appreciated that he put on shoe covers as we don't wear shoes in the house. I highly recommend Magic Rooter & Plumber!

I was looking for a plumber in the area and saw that Magic Rooter and Plumbing had great reviews. I called them and a woman (sorry I can't remember her name) answered and took all my information. She was very polite and helpful. She said that the Service Department would call me with an ETA and cost of my repairs. Within 10 minutes I got a call from the Service Department. The gentleman that called was also very nice and answered all my questions (sorry I didn't get his name). He told me someone would be at my place between 3:00PM and 3:30PM (this was about 2:00PM). What happened....I got a call from the technician, Manny, saying he was on his way. He was at my place at the time stated. Manny arrived and again, he was very nice and polite as well. After he assessed the job, I told him that I would need him to come back tomorrow. We scheduled him to come back at 7:00AM. The next morning at 7:00AM, Manny arrived. We got the work that we scheduled in the time frame that he said.

Magic Rooter and Plumbing also has great communication from talking to them on the phone, to them texting and emailing you updates and information.

I am really happy with my experience with Magic Rooter and Plumbing! I don't think i've had that great of an experience with a plumber or other repair companies in the past. I will be using them in the future and will recommend them to others who need a plumber.

We had an issue with an unsealed air gap in our kitchen. I called Magic Rooter and they were very polite and prompt in their customer service, sending someone the same day, and even giving updates as to his arrival.

They sent a guy named Dan, who called ahead of time to let us know when he'd get to us, and who then arrived and worked tirelessly to find a solution to what was looking otherwise to be a very complicated solve thanks to a poorly aligned sink & counter top. Not only did Dan find a solution, he and Magic Rooter didn't even charge us for the work.

We were beyond thrilled with both Dan and the company as a whole, and will absolutely be calling them again for future issues we have. Highly recommended for anyone who has a tough repair and in need of a creative and kind team who will work quickly and diligently to get it done. Thanks so much, guys!
