We called mid-morning on Saturday about the blocked drain and were happy that he could come out between 2-3pm. We started calling them at 3:10pm, left messages and still have not heard anything back and it is now 6pm. I have no idea what happened, but would never contact them again.

They did a great job on unclogging the pipes, now saving up to remove another problem found by them, which was a previous plumber that screwed up, which was a tool to remove roots broke off and lodge itself and didn't tell us. I would definitely refer them, nice honest people.

Ignacio was great! We had a leaky pipe problem taken care of quickly and professionally on a day when no other plumbers answered my call (during December holidays). We were installing a recirculation pump and caused some leaks. He went out of his way to diagnose the problems and make sure that they were fixed and the pump was working properly.
