So glad I checked out YELP for a plumbing service because I'm really glad I went with Magic Plumbing Co and NOT a big time company (who shall not be named). I called late on a Sunday night and they came the very next day and charged a very reasonable amount for my clogged bathtub drain. The guys that showed up were both very (!!) nice, courteous, asked if I wanted them to remove their shoes and were just gentlemen!

I will definitely be a customer (hopefully not soon though..LOL!) of theirs again when another drain decides to become an issue.

Called today morning for blocked shower and he showed up as promised in the afternoon and finished the job in less than 10min. Cleaned up the shower area after work and took the trash as well. Amazing service. Thanks a lot.

Called and left a message on voicemail. No call back. Called again the following day: mailbox was full and was not taking any new messages. Three days later and they have never returned the original call. So much for a business that claims to offer a 24hour emergency service.
They must be getting too much work because of all the good reviews on yelp. To me there is no excuse for a poor customer service, so I won't be returning.

I had a clogged drain which turned to be in the main line beyond the toilet. I called Roto-rooter and they quoted $695 if there is no clean-out and $395 if there is plus $150 to use a camera to find issue and additional $150 for adding a clean-0ut, Wow!!!
Looked on Yelp and saw Magic Plumbing, they quoted $100 with clean-out, but later when I mentioned the special on their website they charged only $79 (camera is free of charge), what a difference!!! Would recommend them again.

Called at 3pm to fix a blocked tub drain. 4pm they arrive to do the work. 5pm they are done. Quick and painless at a reasonable cost.

I called last night because our kitchen sink was overflowing. They showed up this morning, cleaned out all the pipes, and gave us good advice for regular maintenance. Fast service and reasonably priced.

Our sewer backed up this morning and we first called a Roto Rooter company, suggested by one of our contractors. Roto Rooter's bid was $695 just to clear the pipes, and $1300 to install a clean out drain - we promptly sent them on their way as the bid was way too expensive, and contacted Magic Plumbing Co for a second opinion due to great YELP reviews. Magic Plumbing Co came at $180 to clear the pipes and just $650 to install a new clean out drain. What a price difference! They also showed up within half an hour after our initial call and immediately get to work.

Better yet, the people at Magic Plumbing Co were very nice and easy to work with, and finished the entire job within an afternoon. We now have a working sewer and a new clean-out drain which was painless to get installed and saved hundreds of dollars.

We are very appreciative of Magic Plumbing Co's prompt and affordable work - and Ignacio's friendly and professional attitude. We highly recommend him and his team.

We had another company that primarily focuses on repiping (and had previously repiped our home) look at our smaller job (a shower valve replacement, increasing the shower head height, and also cleaning up a poor plumbing job on our toilet flange and attaching pipes, etc. from he previous owners of our house who appeared to like to cut corners). They probably gave us a really high estimate ($175/hr incl. materials) because it wasn't really a job they usually do. Since the work we needed to do actually didn't intersect with what they had done and their high cost, we went with Magic Plumbing who was referred to us by a friend who says these guys do all his plumbing work.

I had a little bit of a hard time getting someone on the phone initially, but once I did I was glad I had given them a couple follow-up calls. They were able to fit us into their schedule off and on over a couple days to get the work done on time relative to our schedule which we thought may have to slip as our first planned vendor had not worked out due to the higher than anticipated bid.

They know what they are doing, gave recommendations on how to do the job right to fix the mistakes of the previous owners and took the time to go pick-up some better parts that my husband had picked out for our toilet flange (he hadn't seen the other option at the store). It was clear they weren't just trying to make a buck but do a proper job. My husband had planned on doing some of the work himself but realized it might not be in the cards and I am so glad we went with Magic as they really spent a lot of time to make things right even staying late on a Friday night to get the job finished. Everything seems to be good from a visual inspection (though this is for a remodel and we haven't had a chance to use any of the systems yet as we still have to install the rest of our shower) and for how much work they did, the cost was beyond reasonable.

I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone!

WOW! This business is totally awesome. I decided to get our entire ""very old"" plumbing under our house replaced as well as replacing our worn galvanized piping to cooper piping. I had interviewed 3 top rated plumbing companies to come out to evaluate the situation and get their estimated cost and timeline to get this done. Ignacio from Magic Plumbing came out to our home and was EXTREAMLY thorough in his evaluation. He went over all the details including how certain walls would be cut open to accommodate the new cooper piping, the replacement of our water heater, the premium types of American made materials they use (including type L cooper piping), etc. Although Magic Plumbing wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, we ended up hiring Magic Plumbing to do the job and couldn't be more satisfied with their workmanship. They were prompt, had an amazing crew that worked together extremely well and made sure our downtime without water to the house was minimal. Their clean up after the project was completed was amazing considering the size of this job. Basically all as we had to do was repaint the walls that they had cut open as their replacing of the sheetrock, taping and texturing was also done extremely well. Their attention to detail with the preparation of the new pipes, their extra securing of the pipes under the house to the quality of workmanship and materials they used was over the top. I highly recommend Magic Plumbing!

Honest, reliable, and gives helpful advice that saves you money. They picked up the phone on a sunday, and we told me if I wait til monday morning, the cost is $98/hr. They charge for time only. No silly extra charges for different jobs. I love that. They are my new go-to plumber now. Show up on time, and cleared my drains fast.
