I started working with Carlos on the re-pipe of my home expansion in 2016. We went over the scope of work and he sent me a proposal within 24 hours. I approved the proposal, and the work was completed within a few days. He passed the city inspection with no corrections. I've been using Carlos for all my projects since and haven't had an issue. There's great communication and service. Projects are always completed promptly and on time. Maddox is my preferred plumber and I highly recommend them.

Had a clogged line that was spewing back into my shower. Called Carlos at 6:30 AM on a Sunday and he was here within an hour. I first called Maddox Plumbing on December 26, 2023, I spoke with Carlos who was finishing up a job, he said he would be at my house in about 1.5 hours. To our surprise, he arrived within one hour of me contacting them.
Carlos showed up with a smile and eager to work on our clogged up kitchen sink. He came in, assessed the situation and had the sink flowing within 3 minutes! He was courteous, respectful and even cleaned up my mess. His price was more than reasonable!!
I contacted Maddox Plumbing again on February 14, 2024, Carlos said he would arrive at 7:30 A.M and to our amazement, he was here at 7:00 A.M. with a smile. Once again Carlos had my sink flowing in minutes.
If I ever need a plumber again, I'm definitely calling Maddox Plumbing just based in Carlos' character, demeanor and most of all, his professionalism.
