Erick V.I first called Maddox Plumbing on December 26, 2023, I spoke with Carlos who was finishing up a job, he said he would be at my house in about 1.5 hours. To our surprise, he arrived within one hour of me contacting them.
Carlos showed up with a smile and eager to work on our clogged up kitchen sink. He came in, assessed the situation and had the sink flowing within 3 minutes! He was courteous, respectful and even cleaned up my mess. His price was more than reasonable!!
I contacted Maddox Plumbing again on February 14, 2024, Carlos said he would arrive at 7:30 A.M and to our amazement, he was here at 7:00 A.M. with a smile. Once again Carlos had my sink flowing in minutes.
If I ever need a plumber again, I'm definitely calling Maddox Plumbing just based in Carlos' character, demeanor and most of all, his professionalism.
