Late on a holiday evening my main sewer line backed up. Carlos responded within minutes of my inquiry, and was on site within an hour to fix my issue! Carlos was super professional and communicative, clearly describing and showing me the issues with my main line and providing me with my options and prices. We had a tankless water heater that needed replacing (as it turned out). I called several plumbing companies for diagnostics and estimates. I found Carlos to be the most professional and ultimately enlisted his service.

1) Carlos was the most communicative as far as appointment times and gave proper updates if he was running late.
2) His diagnosis was on point, as opposed to another company that said it was another issue and ended up not fixing it at all after ""servicing"" it.
3) Once we gave him the go ahead, he was able to do the job immediately. Prices were reasonable, and Carlos will work with you on it.

I found I had water leak coming through my ceiling. I called Maddox Plumbing and spoke with Carlos I explained what my water leak issue. He said he would be able to come over in hour so. To my delight he called me back and was able to come sooner. When Carlos came over he was very polite and professional and went to check what the issue was and he explain to me what needed to be done and price of the repair. I felt very comfortable dealing with Carlos. He completed job and clean up area when he was done. I will definitely use Carlos in future and I highly recommend him.

I started working with Carlos on the re-pipe of my home expansion in 2016. We went over the scope of work and he sent me a proposal within 24 hours. I approved the proposal, and the work was completed within a few days. He passed the city inspection with no corrections. I've been using Carlos for all my projects since and haven't had an issue.
