I recently needed to have a garbage disposal installed. When I call Mac's Plumbing, Denise clearly explained to me the cost and when Dave could come install my disposal. A day later Denice called me to let me know Dave a job that may take more time and asked me it that would fit into my schedule. This was the first time I had someone call the day before my appointment to let me know the time of my appointment was changed. The day of the installation, Denice called me again to confirm with me the new time. I appreciate her diligence and Dave's work was top notch. The Yelp reviews were definitely accurate and played a part in my calling Mac's Plumbing. I will certainly them again.

You never know what you're getting into when you call a contractor that you've never used before, but after today's first visit, I highly recommend Mac's Plumbing! My water heater conked out, so I called these guys on a suggestion from a friend. A professional, very nice person answered the phone, took my info, and said she'd call me back in a bit. Sure enough, within the hour, she called back with an appointment time for the same day! About 10 minutes before the appointment, their guy, Dave, called me to say he was on his way and even described the truck he was driving so I'd know it was him! Dave came in, looked at my heater for a bit, and then clearly explained everything to me--what he saw, what he thought, what he did--and then gave me my options. After he did some work, he walked me through it again, told me what to do if it didn't work, and even told me what the next step would be if he had to come back (and how much work it would require). Overall, they were friendly, professional, and extremely trustworthy.

David from Mac's Plumbing come by today to check on what we thought was a stuck drain for a new washing machine. He took a quick look, gave us his opinion and estimate, and began to work on ""clearing the drain."" Long story made short, after a minute or two he called me in the room, showing that it was perfectly operational and not clogged like we originally thought. This level of integrity and professionalism has ensured we will always use him for our future plumbing needs and will also recommend him to our friends.

Responsive, very attuned to listening to the problem, did a professional job, and was reasonably priced! I called Dave at about 9AM and left a message, he called me back in 30 mins, we set a time for 1230, and Mike, his employee, showed up at 1230. The job was small (a leaking refrigerator line for ice). Mike surveyed the problem, fixed it in about a 1.5 hours (had to go get the right size copper tubing at the hardware store), and upon leaving, guaranteed the work and to call if there were any issues. That job would have taken me the entire weekend to do , and it would probably still be leaking. This is a great company, run by a professional with employees that are care. I'm proud they are doing business in my town....a great asset to customers and the community. H.

Waited a week for a bid and when I received it, it avoided any liability for the roof penetration. When I emailed back to have that corrected, I was informed that they got another job last night and no longer could fit me in the schedule... This was a $3,500 job, not a drain clear. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend.

Well the day before Thanksgiving we decided to tackle changing out our sink and plumbing however looking at the project it was way to stressful for us. So we made the call to Mac's Plumbing and he rescued our pre-Thanksgiving project!! He was AWESOME!!!!! We will use him again for sure!! Thanks Mac's Plumbing (David) for SAVING our THANKSGIVING!!!

This is the second major job Mac has completed at my house. He and Mike are great the work with. Mac is completely trustworthy 100%. Outstanding work, my Father was a state building inspector and he states the work completed is excellent. I had to go to the mainland during this 3 day job and it was easy to trust Mac with completing the job successfully.

With the holidays breathing down my neck and guests coming, my wife and I are tackling dreaded house projects. The biggest stressor was our guest bathroom which has not had working hot water since the last visitors came two years ago. Just to make things more stressful, the toilet has been leaking. I busted out my Yelp app and started going down the list. The first 5 star review guy never returned my calls. I even waited a week for a response *crickets* Then I called the number two guy on the list..Mac's plumbing. Called them on Wednesday, got an answer, and a plumber was here on Thursday. They sent Michael. He quickly assessed the problem on both the hot water and the leaky toilet. He had to run to the hardware store to get some more parts and was back in a jiffy. Once he got back clink! clink! clink! pau! The total bill was very reasonable in my opinion. I have tried doing plumbing on my own one time and realized quickly that I should leave some things to the experts. Now my hot water is hotting and my toilet is not-a-leaking. Only now if I can find a good psychiatrist on yelp to help me cope with the holiday guests!
