Mac's just completed the 4th maybe 5th project for me at my home. Once again the job went very well. This was an install of a water softener system. This time the team was Ed & Elijah. They were on time, swift about getting set up, completing the job, making sure everything was cleaned up when done and the unit operating as intended. The staff at Mac's Plumbing, Heating & Air were all very nice to work with, and the install crew was truly the best. They asked for my preferences throughout the entire install of my new, all electric water heater. The SMUD rebate process was handled completely by the staff and made the decision so easy to upgrade my broken system. Will definitely use them in the future for any additional needs.

Mac's Plumbing Heating and Air installed a new Heat Pump HVAC and Heat Pump water heater in our home about 3 years ago.

The installation was wonderful, Mac's coordinated the SMUD rebates and overall operates much more efficiently than our old unit. We have seen significant savings on our utility bills.

Last night when it was 104 degrees, the AC quit working. I called Mac's Heating and Air first thing this morning and they were able to get a technician out within 4 hours. It was a simple capacitor (nothing to do with the install). My wife and I are thrilled Mac's Plumbing and Air got this fixed so quickly. Great Service!!

I am a home owner with a leak coming from the water heater. I called Mac's plumbing early Monday morning and they said they can have someone come out that afternoon. Steve looked at the water heater and recommended a replacement water heater. I asked for options such as tankless, gas, electric. I decided to upgrade Bradford White hybrid 65 gal. Steve provided a written estimate and mentioned Smud rebate and web promo discount to reduce overall cost which was nice. They were able to schedule installation two days later. Ajay came out for installation and provided estimated completion of 1 to 2 days. Ajay was professional and provided solid installation in a timely fashion. I was completely satisfied with the whole process from start to finish.

I called and spoke to Tonie, who is very nice. Isaac arrived and had a good understanding of what work I needed to have done, very very very impressed by his knowledge, and ability to explain the work he was doing.
